On the other side, there is a Queen bedroom, a Twin 2 bed/bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and an additional half bath for convenience. The home also has a full size washer and dryer and an oversized two car garage, with beach bikes, boogie boards, pickleball set, and beach chairs/ umbrellas.

For those who love to cook, the home boasts an oversized kitchen with a central island and top-notch cooking amenities. The expansive family room is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, complete with a dual zone wine refrigerator, two large and comfortable full-size sofas, and bar top with seating for four.
