Neu renovierte Ocean Front Condo. Geräumige Wohnanlage mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern und Meerblick. Das Hotel liegt direkt am autofreien Teil des besten Strandes in Florida - New Smyrna Beach! In NSB finden die Einwohner von Zentralflorida den besten, am wenigsten touristischen und nicht überfüllten Strand.

Dies ist eine Einheit in der vierten Etage mit einem großen Balkon mit direktem Blick auf das Meer, den Pool und den wunderschön angelegten Innenhof. Castle Reef hat das schönste Gelände eines vergleichbaren Condo-Komplexes in NSB.

Der Komplex bietet auch beleuchtete Tennisplätze, einen beheizten Pool in Olympiagröße, ein Kinderbecken, ein Shuffleboard, einen Pavillon, ein Clubhaus und Grills. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, das Clubhaus für private Feiern zu mieten.

Ein sehr anständiger Vermieter!!!

Wir haben die Wohnung für April 2017 reserviert, musste aber leider stornieren. Das Geld wurde sofort zurück überwiesen und das Kontakt war immer schnell und sehr nett!!! Ein Vorbild!))) Wir haben zwar die Wohnung nicht gesehen, aber ich bin mir sicher dass er voll in Ordnung ist!!! Ich habe mir die Wohnung unter Favoriten gespeichert uns werde bei unseren nächsten Florida Urlaub bestimmt anfragen!!!

We had a great stay at Castle Reef! The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We had a great view of the ocean. The walk to the beach & the pool was short & easy. Having access to beach chairs & umbrellas in the condo was a great touch - everything we needed was available. Communications & check in were a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Update needed

Coral Reef complex was well maintained; easy access to both beach and pool; beach was easy to walk. The condo provided an outstanding view of the ocean; space was quite adequate for 3 adults; and kitchen was well stocked. Definite updates are needed in both bathrooms. Bathtubs looked well worn (would not want to take a bath in either one) & faucets were quite difficult to turn. Another beneficial update would be an entry code instead of using a lockbox and key.). Making these updates would make this condo a lot more desirable. In spite of recommended updates, our week there went well.

The Wolk’s

We had an amazing stay at Castle Reef! Perfect little condo with everything you need, great view of the ocean, and close to NSB restaurants and Flagler ave! Our kids loved spending time at the pool, which also has a kiddie pool for the younger kids. The hosts were great at communication with anything we needed. We have been coming to New Smyrna our whole lives and this condo was one of my favorites, we will be back!

I recently stayed at this rental property, and overall, it was a great experience. The place is incredibly cozy and well-maintained, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Another great stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as good as the first. The location and available amenities are perfect for our family. The beach steps were unfortunately damaged by the hurricanes prior to our stay, but public beach access is only a 2 minute drive away. We will definitely look into this property for our next trip to New Smyrna Beach.

Absolutely wonderful!

Perfect home to stay in. Hated to leave. The Host has stocked it perfectly with absolutely everything you might need. Very very comfortable from the beds to the living room. His t was responsive to my questions. Will definitely stay there again.

The owners were great to work with. They gave us an early checkin time and although there was a little snag (no key in the lockbox) they resolved it quickly and we still got in early. We loved the condo and the view was beautiful, parking was easy, and the walk to the pool and beach was easy. The only thing that was somewhat uncomfortable for us was the thermostat was locked at 74 and we found that to be warmer than really comfortable especially at night. The owners offered to call the AC people who set it so that it wouldn't freeze up but we decided to just deal with it since we were only spending a few days. The washer and dryer located around the corner near the elevator was convenient to the room location (inside the condo would be even better!) but the dryer didn't completely dry the loads (probably due to the high humidity) but the closet in the master bedroom had plenty of hangers and room to hang everything overnight to finish drying. It was $2.50 per wash load and same for dryer run charged to charge card so no quarters needed. The owners were quick to respond to all questions while we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It had everything we needed: it was clean, cutely decorated, and very comfortable. The pool and grounds were clean and tidy. The beach was amazing! The view from the reclining love seat is awe inspiring!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay in the condo. The location to the beach is amazing! The condo had plenty of room and the owners provided beach chairs, toys and other items for our use while staying. When we visit NSB again, I will check here first.

Beautiful location and great complex but nothing extra in unit.

I am rating the property a 4 stars. The only reason for this is there is very minimal available in the condo. There were 4 of us for 4 nights and only had 4 towels that were very cheap and old. Only had 3 beach towels that looked and felt Over 10 years old with no color and no beach chairs to use. There were only 4 cheap hand towels available for 4 nights and 4 family members. We were driving there I wish I knew how many other things I should have brought. If you are flying to this location know that you will have minimal to use at this property.

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The king bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked w kitchenware. The view of the ocean from the condo was amazing. The Olympic sized pool allowed for room to play or just float and the condo grounds are beautiful and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about this property was great except the cleanliness. There was hair all over the master bath and towels. The tub mat, bath mat and towels in the 2nd bath were dirty and stained. The patio was very dirty and the screen door was very hard to open and close.

We currently reside in Longwood, FL and have been going to New Smyrna Beach for years. We love the area and the convenience to all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

It is family friendly and convenient to all of the Orlando attractions (i.e., Disney, Universal, Sea World, Daytona, St. Augustine). The grounds at Castle Reef are very nice, well maintained with lush foliage and beautiful landscaping, among the nicest properties in the area. Our unit is ideally located on the 4th floor, with a direct ocean view looking out over the grounds.

Castle Reef is on the No-Drive part of New Smyrna Beach, making it safer for families and with no vehicles obstructing the view. New Smyrna is ideally located, a little south of Daytona (the world's most famous) Beach but much less crowded, and it's the closest beach to the Orlando attractions. This is the beach where Orlando locals go.
