We are just 25 miles from San Diego's famous beaches. Enjoy animal encounters with our resident mini alpaca, mini donkey, chickens (fresh eggs), and baby goats and soak in our always-hot jacuzzi after a long day!

We just added a brand new pickleball court complete with a comfortable area with chairs and benches for spectators to watch the game!

This unique space can comfortably accommodate multiple families in our Rockin' View Ranch Farmhouse and Bunkhouse, which are exploding with charm!

The Rockin' View Ranch is on 2.5 acres and includes three dwellings. The Ranch House is a separate listing and is able to accommodate 16+ people. Search: Luxury Hideaway w/ Spa, Pool, Game Room & Privacy for that listing.

This listing is for the Farmhouse and Bunkhouse, which are a package deal since the kitchen serves both buildings! The Farmhouse is a 3 BR 2 BA 1200 sqft. house, and the Bunkhouse is a 1 BR 1 BA + loft 300 sqft. outbuilding which is just steps away from the Farmhouse.

Be aware that no children under the age of 5 are allowed in the Bunkhouse due to the steep stairs and low railings in the loft area. There is not enough head room to stand up in the loft, it is meant for you to crawl into bed and get cozy!

The backyard will be a place everyone will want to be, whether it be to enjoy the always-hot jacuzzi, grill some food, or sit and enjoy the outdoor propane fireplace.

There is a huge ground asphalt parking lot to accommodate all your cars and outdoor activities. We have a grassy lawn for playing and outdoor activities.
Other things to note:
Guests will be required to review and sign our Liability Waiver prior to check in. This will be sent to you a few days prior to your arrival date, but can be requested anytime after booking if you'd like to see it sooner. Our base rate includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests (up to 12 total) are welcome for an extra guest fee of $25/guest per night. This allows our property to be more affordable to smaller groups and covers the extra utilities and cleaning that come with hosting more people.
