Bedrooms and Bathrooms: This stylish home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, providing ample room for relaxation and privacy. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and features a luxurious ensuite bathroom. There are an additional 2 bedrooms on the main floor - one is set up with a crib and kids` bed. The other has a queen bed. These bedrooms share another full bathroom. Downstairs features an additional king bedroom, private full bath, and separate living space with a walkout onto a deck.
Large Backyard: Step outside on this large property and discover the expansive backyard, perfect for outdoor activities and relaxing. Cookout on the gas grill and enjoy a meal on the screened porch. Relax in the hot tub and then dry off around the firepit. The generous space provides many opportunities to unwind with friends and family.
Two-Car Attached Garage: Enjoy the convenience and security of a two-car attached garage. It provides ample space for parking or storing your outdoor recreation gear.
Additional Features: - Get some work done at one of the two desks set up for quiet productivity. Choose an adjustable-height standing desk with a stool in an inspiring light-filled room with a door. Immerse yourself in a quiet, natural neighborhood while still being close to all the amenities and attractions that the area has to offer. It`s an ideal launching point for all types of recreation. . We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as though you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.
QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.
MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.
LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.
GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.
NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.
NO PETS ALLOWED. If any pets/animals are discovered at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If the pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will request additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages.
GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing a reservation, you agree that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm or adverse events that may arise during the use of this property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such situations. This insurance is not automatically provided or implied with your reservation. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.
CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is tucked away and quiet but still convenient to everything. It was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was an added bonus. Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect house for our group of two families with young children. The house had a wonderful open layout and the yard was nice to be outside and play. It was close to stores, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Although we had an issue with the propane running out during our stay, the property manager was good at communicating and getting it resolved. Would recommend for any group to stay while in Asheville!

Perfect for a relaxing getaway
The property was conveniently located minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway for day hikes and was close enough to downtown Asheville that we had no problems getting an Uber. We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and being able to relax in the hot tub under the stars. The house itself was clean and stocked with thoughtful touches to make our stay very comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Trip to Asheville
My husband, 3 kids and I traveled to Asheville for a weekend of snow tubing and exploring the town. This rental was wonderful - very clean, updated appliances and finishes, hot tub and super easy to get to. It’s about 15 minutes from a lot of Ashevilles attractions including Grove Park, breweries and downtown. Would highly recommend!

So much fun
This property is so beautiful, we had such a wonderful time. A lot of space for everyone to have their own privacy if needed. The porch was where we spenta lot of time. The yard is huge, and the hot tub was the best part while cooking out and roasting marshmallows by the fire.

1st Time In Asheville
We selected this property based on location of it as well as overall appearance. We drove to Asheville from Wisconsin so we wanted a house. Definitely was happy with the entire stay!! Everything was clean, Eric was very accessible to ask questions to & the hot tub was just an added bonus!! Quiet area 👌 Peaceful 👌 Knock out of a kitchen 😍Definitely will be back!!!

Relaxing weekend
We enjoyed coffee on the back porch, hanging out by the fire pit at night, and the open living room/kitchen. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms updated with modern design, especially the main bath with the walk-in shower/bath combo.
Close to grocery and an easy 10-15min drive into the city.
The perfect balance of privacy with convenient access to downtown. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Thanksgiving Asheville
This is a great property in a perfect location. The only reasons I didn't give it a perfect 5 star rating were the fact that the listing says there are 2 kings, 1 queen and a twin, when in fact there is no twin, only a crib and that the bedrooms needed bedside lamps. Otherwise a wonderful property.

Donna, I appreciate the insight into your reasoning. However, VRBO does not offer the option to select a crib for a room. So, I have selected twin, and in the description for the room, I wrote very clearly that this is a crib.
This is not our fault. This is an issue with VRBO.
Anyway, I'm happy you enjoyed your stay. It's unfortunate you left 4 stars, as it negatively affects my listing ranking and visibility.

supplies for winter stay
the house over all was beautiful, but for a winter stay there were no blankets for the beds and the heat would not work. it was very cold. we could not use the down stairs floor where there was a bed and bath because it was 65 degrees. Sleep was very hard. Amenities should match the seasons.
