They added lots of amenities in the kitchen for treats and bathroom for anything forgotten. Nice attention to details. Some water recreation equipment was available at the dock. Was very accommodating.

Best VRBO my family has ever stayed at. Everything needed, and more, was here. We had 51-9 and everyone had something to do. Very clean, very remote, very easy to get to the lake. Would easily return. Only had one quick issue with the door code, and that was addressed in less than 5 minutes. Nearly a perfect week, thank you!

We could not ask for a nicer place to stay for our vacation. This gorgeous lakeside property was an absolute dream for our entire family, spanning ages from 3 to 60. The house was fully stocked with excellent kitchen supplies and so many unexpected extras. The hosts truly thought of everything, even leaving welcoming snacks and treats for us. The bathrooms were packed with little necessities in case anyone forgot something from home. We also had plenty of fresh towels for the bathrooms, the hot tub, and all our lake adventures. Outside, the dock setup was amazing, and using the kayaks was so much fun for everyone. We absolutely loved the clever scavenger hunt they organized too. Our whole family had an amazing time, and we highly recommend this wonderful property!

Amazing lake home! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen well appointed with cookware, bakeware, all the gadgets. Outside porch area with TV so quiet and comfortable, cool breeze all day. Yards surrounded by trees so felt very private. Firewood stocked for fire pit. So many nice touches all around, welcome snacks…. Beach towels and hot tub towels, everything thought out so well. Resort like feel. Host Beth was amazing! Quick communication and so accommodating. Overall, best vacation rental for our family’s yearly trip. Thank you Beth!

I cannot say enough good things about this experience. The house was amazing. Absolutely beautiful home and location. The house was stocked with everything you could think of...extra air mattresses, extra sheets, towels and blankets, all baby needs, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, coffee, laundry detergent, etc. I could go on and on. It was very refreshing to walk into a home that had everything we needed even if we didn't realize we would need it. On top of all that, the beds were so comfortable. Best rental we have ever stayed at.In addition, the amenities were fantastic. Pool table downstairs, hot tub, scavenger hunt for the kids, s'mores kits, fire wood, golf cart for trips down to the lake, etc. I wish I could remember all of the special touches this home had because I just don't fee like I am doing justice to this place.Add in the dock and all the fun we could have down by the water and this place is a must visit again! Kayaks, paddle boards, noodles, fishing poles, fridge for our drinks, life vests in all sizes and on and on. The lake is absolutely gorgeous and so fun to play around in. Wish we had more time to spend down there. Location of this house is perfect for those who and are traveling to both East and West Tennessee. Getting in touch with the owner was super easy and she was very helpful. Instructions for the house and rules are easy to access and every room had the wifi information in it. Bottomline, don't pass this house up!

Great family retreat!

We had a great family vacation! Eight adults and two children, one under two, and we had plenty of space for all! Great sleeping accommodations and lots of space to spread out. The lake, dock, and the use of paddle boards, and a kayak was a plus. We never left the house, except to go down to the lake, so we cooked each night and truly had a wonderful time. Accommodations and host were A-one!

What a peaceful place to relax and celebrate!!

We had such a wonderful time this weekend at the Hidden Gem Lakeside Retreat!! We have family members who traveled from Texas to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation from Tennessee Wesleyan and this house was the perfect place for the occasion!! The house has everything you need to prepare and serve meals for a large group with plenty of room for everyone to comfortably gather. We loved driving the golf cart along the trail from the house to the dock! Such a sweet gravel trail with a small bridge We rented a boat, caught some fish, saw lots of deer…the house has everything you need for a relaxing and fun getaway!!

Perfect boating/lake house getaway!

We just got back from eight nights at this lake house. and it is everything it says it is. We brought down two boats. They had a dock/slip that came with the rental property and we were fortunate enough to be able to rent an empty dock from the neighbor so we didn’t have to pull the one boat out every night. The lake was super nice. It was like glass and it was huge! we tubed and there’s a couple restaurants on the lake. There’s a sandbar where people gather and just drop anchor, play water games, let the kids run around. Listen to music. And enjoy the 90 degree weather! It was just perfect. exactly what we were looking for.. The house itself is laid out nicely. It was very clean. They thought of everything and they had everything you would need. There was a pool table, hot tub, and fire pit. Every bedroom plus common areas indoors and out had a TV. The beds were super comfortable. It was just a very very well thought out layout. There’s a golf cart to get you down to and from the lake. The dock where you could just sit and watch the sun set or rise Plus, they had paddle boards and kayaks included with the rental. There was just plenty of stuff to do on the lake. It was exactly what we were looking for. The host responded to the questions we had in the beginning promptly and we did not have to bother her During our stay because everything was as stated (and then some). However, do watch the inside wood stairs going down as they can be slippery.

I started hosting our first rental as a fun side project, but soon discovered that we wanted to keep growing our business through building new homes that are specifically designed for our guests. We took 6 of our 8 North Ridge Escapes properties from empty lots to the beautiful furnished properties available today! It’s a new found love and form of art with a meaningful purpose.

My husband and I have been married for over 16 years and love living in Chattanooga. We are enjoying these short, sweet, and crazy years as parents of four tiny humans! We love our church, Calvary Chapel Northside, and enjoy family adventures outside as much as possible.
