For football fans, the home is conveniently located about an hour from Neyland Stadium in Knoxville and just over an hour from UTC’s Finley Stadium in Chattanooga. Making it easy to enjoy game days and still return to peaceful lakefront comfort.

Kitchen & Dining
Enter through the side door into a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, oven with cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy coffee with both a Keurig single-serve and a drip coffee maker. Additional appliances include an air fryer, blender, and toaster. All cookware and utensils are provided for preparing full meals.

A tall pantry cabinet stores food and essentials, with small appliances neatly placed on top. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for seven (four chairs and a bench), ideal for family meals.

Guest Bedrooms: Two queen bedrooms (one with a TV) and one bunk bedroom with a TV equipped with Hulu and Disney+. The bunk room is great for gaming setups (PS/Xbox hookup available). Note: The bunk bedroom’s closet is an owner’s closet and not accessible to guests.
