KITCHEN
As you enter through the side door, you will be in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless steel appliances that include Refrigerator, oven with cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has a single serve Keurig and a drip coffee maker, air fryer, blender, and all the utensils needed to prepare a full course meal.

PANTRY
There is a tall cabinet located in the kitchen that can hold food and other essential items needed for your stay. The top of the cabinet houses small appliances such as a blender, air fryer and toaster.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room is located around the corner from the kitchen and is equipped with a washer and dryer.

2nd BATHROOM
The 2nd bathroom is located across from the laundry room. It has s tub/shower, sink, and toilet.

DINING ROOM
The dining area is located off the kitchen and has s table that can seat 7. It has 4 chairs and a bench.

FRONT PORCH
Sit on the front porch and relax while taking in the view of the lake. The front porch offers chairs, loungers, glider and a bed swing. There is also a picnic table to enjoy.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a sectional sofa with an ottoman. There is also a leather recliner. The living room has a 58” Samsung smart TV.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom offers a spacious area to relax. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a walk in closet. The master also has a shower with two sinks.

FIRE PIT, KAYAKS, & DOCK
Enjoy the fire pit located outside along with using the dock for swimming, fishing, or sunbathing. We have two Kayaks, paddles, and life vests. Do NOT drag the kayaks as they will be damaged. It is recommended two people carry the kayaks. Guests will be charged to replace the kayaks if they are damaged.

GUEST BEDROOMS
The home offers 3 additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds while the other bedroom has a set of bunk beds. One queen room has a TV. The bunk bed room has a TV with HULU and Disney+. Its also good for gaming, so if the kids want to bring a PS or X-Box, it can easily be hooked up. The bunk bedroom does not have an accessible closet. The closet in this room is an owners closet. Please do not attempt to breach it.

GAS GRILL
Gas Grill is available by the carport. Grill tools are provided in the kitchen. Please make sure to cook off any residue each time the grill is used.

OUTSIDE CAMERAS
We do have security cameras outside of the house. One points towards the front yard, the lake side. One camera is on the side of the house and covers the entrance and carport area.
