With its endless pacific views and the islands of Lanai and Molokai off in the distance, you'll be in paradise and not want to go home!

Noelani 308 is a spacious and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo situated on the 3rd floor for optimal views and can accommodate a maximum of six guests. This resort offers one parking stall per condo and does not have elevator access. Stay cool with the magical Maui breeze and ceiling fans throughout, but as an added bonus, this unit comes with A/C which will feel fantastic after a long day in the sun. The split A/C system provides temperature control in the bedrooms and living area. Dine al fresco on your private lanai or take your meal inside where the tropical yet modern finishes will keep you feeling at ease. Enjoy cooking in this luxurious and well equipped kitchen featuring full size appliances, granite countertops and everything you'll need to make all your meals in house.

This stunning ocean front remodeled unit offers panoramic ocean views, tropical interiors and access to fantastic amenities. Endless ocean views from the private lanai will give new meaning to your Maui experience. Sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns) Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this premium condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front row seating for whale watching and turtle spotting!

Step inside the serene and tranquil master bedroom featuring a comfortable King size bed, ample storage and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. Step out on to the Master bedroom private lanai. It's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and read a good book. The ensuite master bathroom features a large, walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with direct access to the remodeled guest bathroom featuring another walk-in shower. The third bedroom is located on the main level and has a Queen size bed. There is a half bath just steps away. The living room sofa converts to a bed for additional guests. Pack light! There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, a jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!

Since Noelani is a small resort, there is only 1 parking stall per condo allowed. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this unit has no elevator access. We will provide a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are also provided.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
