This condo is located on the harbor side of Commercial Street, on the backside of a building that's shared with a charming retail store. From this spot, you can walk to just about everything in town - the ferries at MacMillan Pier, fantastic bars and restaurants, unique shops and art galleries, historical landmarks, fun-filled excursions, and markets and other conveniences.
Despite the central location, the condo itself is quiet and private. Begin each morning outside on your patio, sipping coffee at the bistro table and watching the quirky town wake up around you.
The interior is understated in its elegance, offering generous windows, thoughtful built-ins, and comforts such as high-speed WiFi, in-home laundry, and central air conditioning. Every space has been carefully designed and decorated, from the window-lined living room with its smart TV to the kitchen offering granite countertops, plentiful cabinet storage, and partial views of the harbor. The tranquil bedroom has a TV of its own, along with hypoallergenic pillows, 100 percent cotton linens, and a bathroom with a full-body jet shower.
