Discover the Lower Tree House, a contemporary vacation haven within the iconic Orchid Tower. This trendy two-story condo spans 2,200 square feet and offers a stylish living space. Gather in the central dining and living area, featuring a 75-inch television and Sonos sound system for entertainment.

Climb the interior spiral staircase (or elevator) to the upper level's open-air living room terrace, complete with a huge U-shaped sofa, 85-inch television, Xbox game system, ping pong table, and a gas barbecue. The terrace offers breathtaking ocean views through the trees, and is just steps away from the lower pool plaza, where you can relax in the infinity pool, jacuzzi, and comfortable daybeds.

The four bedrooms are stacked (2 x 2) in the bottom floor of the Lower Tree House. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. (Please be aware that the upper two bedrooms share a bathroom). There is also a half bathroom in the living room terrace level above.

- Bedroom 1 (lower) - 1 King + Bathroom
- Bedroom 2 (lower)- 2 Queens + Bathroom
- Bedroom 3 (upper) - 1 King + 1 Single (Share a bathroom on lower)
- Bedroom 4 (upper) - 1 King +1 Single (Share a bathroom on lower)
- All bedrooms have privacy curtains and separate air conditioning.
- The upper bedrooms are accessed by interior stairs and have low ceilings.
