Great stay

Our stay was great. Had everything we needed. The view is amazing the pool area was beautiful.if anything was needed they were very attentive and always quick response. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo in a great location! Nicely kept and AC was a huge plus! Pool was on the top floor, warm and inviting.Quick walk to the down to the beach, ZR and malecon areas. Cabs also readily available across the road from the top of the driveway. Busses too.Check in and out was smooth. Lupita and Roger (property management company) were super helpful with any questions! Tony (owner) very responsive and helpful as well!Would definitely stay again!

Loved Our Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Tony was prompt with communications, and the property manager Roger was wonderful. I will miss our morning breakfasts we enjoyed on the patio overlooking the bay. Thanks for everything.

Great condo!

The condo was perfect for our group of 3, and we had an enjoyable stay! The check-in / check-out processes were seamless and easy. The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. The huge balcony with access from every room in the condo was a nice bonus for enjoying the outdoor seating and views. Also loved the proximity to the beach, and an easy walk to restaurants and nightlife!

Girls' Trip

For 4 women in their 70s, the property was a great fit. Although, there is no elevator, there is a second entrance on the condo level; so no steps are needed to enter. The home is lovely and the view is spectacular. We were unable to make the walk to and/or from the beach, but it's a short taxi ride to just about everywhere you might want to go.

Fantastic location near Playa del las muertos

Beautiful condo with great amenities in the room. Cute splash pool on the top floor. Loved access to both the highway from floor 4 and Amapas on ground level. It is a bit of climb from the beach, but the view is great. It's a straight shot down to the beach using a staircase near the ground level exit. A/C worked well.

For several previous stays, I was in the building next-door to this property. The previous owner sold and I was very happy to find this unit available so close to the area I like to stay. The unit was very clean and easily accessible from the main highway or Calle Amapas. The air conditioner units were refreshing, especially with all the humidity the week we were in Puerto Vallarta. If anyone is with a group of four or more, I would definitely recommend this unit. The living area was quite large, and there was enough room at the dining table for six. The kitchen was fully stocked, linens were readily available and the view of the ocean was a little hidden, but it was still there and beautiful to wake up to every morning. The pool area was the most spectacular with the view of the full bay and nothing to obstruct the sun. I will definitely be back to this property in the future.
