Tranquil and relaxing

Enjoyed the hot tub the pool and so many other amenities. A great place for a family get together.

Overall, this home is very large and beautiful. Bedrooms and bathrooms are huge! Beds are super comfy, kitchen is well stocked and has high end appliances. The lake view is fantastic, as is the very large patio. We used the pool everyday. Communication is spotty. I asked for an early check in for 3 days and never got a confirmation. Then I asked for a late check out & we did get that. My best response, by far, was from The Guest Experience Team by text. None of the patio fans worked and Texas in September is very hot. This could easily have been checked on & repaired before our visit. Two fan blades were broken off- the problem was visible and loud. Outside/patio trash receptacles had not been emptied. Also something is wrong with the water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms facing the lake. People staying in those bedrooms had to use other bathrooms. Filling the tubs or just taking a shower was a problem. The bathrooms facing the street had great water pressure. The eight of us had a great time & felt fortunate to be able to stay in such a luxurious property.

Labor Day at the Lake

We enjoyed our stay at Matern Court ver much! The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The kids loved fishing off the dock and playing poker in the game room! The kitchen is beautifully stocked and pur family cooks had great fun preparing meals Thank you!

This home is absolutely ideal for a group of family and friends. Everything was exactly as described. The location on the lake is ideal. The property manager is excellent! They are extremely responsive. We took advantage of the concierge services and booked a private chef for dinner our first night. Everything was excellent and everyone on our group had a wonderful weekend. Highly recommend this lovely lakefront home.

What a beautiful property inside and outside. Mangement was easy to work with and very responsive. Property had all the amenities you could expect and a spectacular view! I highly recommend this property!

Fabulous Home on Horseshoe Bay

The home was wonderful, the kitchen was well stocked with large and small appliances. Our family young and old loved the infinity pool and hot tub and the game room was a bonus to have! Management responded quickly to our needs when we had a question for them. We will definitely be going back to this wonderful home in the future. We love Horseshoe Bay and this home is a true gem!

Beautiful home and very comfortable. It really needs some maintenance. 2 of the 3 icemakers didn’t work. A lawn chair was broken and too dangerous to sit in. Cornhole board games were broken and could be used. The pool is in need of maintenance, pool tiles coming off with leaks and needed to be cleaned. Propane tanks were all empty, but we called them and they replaced a couple. We and our guests did enjoy our stay. The house was clean and very comfortable for everyone.
