Enjoy watching boats, paddlers and soothing waves from your lanai, while sipping your morning coffee, or catch the legendary Kona sunset over an evening cocktail. Enjoy a short stroll to shops, restaurants, and a lively farmers market – no need to worry about driving or parking – or venture out to Big Island attractions from a prime location! At the end of the day, relax in the refreshing pool, and take advantage of pool-side BBQ facilities surrounded by lush Island flowers and wildlife.
This second-floor corner unit opens into a bright open floor plan with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Plantation decor gives the home an island vibe in each room. The living room has a comfortable couch placed in front of a flat screen TV. A single window A/C unit, a washer/dryer, wifi, and a DVD player are provided for your convenience. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper. You and your guests will enjoy relaxing in here with a movie at night while an ocean breeze flows through the lanai doors.
The quaint kitchen has all appliances a chef could need to cook appetizing meals. You have an option of eating at the built-in breakfast bar for two or the formal dining table with 4 seats.
