Thank you for staying with us and we’re glad you enjoyed the home. Yes the lawn guy did show up the day. We notified him. Thank you for the heads up on that has been a huge amount of rain. As far as the neighborhood it mentioned in the listing that this is the typical Florida neighborhood. It’s not an HOA type of neighborhood it’s blue collar and it says just a typical Florida neighborhood. You could call it rundown we call it Home. Some of the homes are nicer than others, and we just honor and respect the diversity of the neighborhood. And we are also keenly aware that ours is probably the nicest home in the neighborhood! Totally renovated and perfect for vacation! As far as the cleaning supplies, we expect our guest to tidy up, but not to have to do any kind of cleaning. That’s why we don’t provide a lot of cleaning supplies we want you to be on vacation and not be cleaning. Thank you again for your comments.

Thank you for the kind words and yes it's an amazing thing to see a rocket launch from your lounge chair by the pool! We do not supply paper towels (just our preference but do provide the hand towels). As far as toilet tissue, we do supply and deeply apologize if there wasn't enough!

Juan, we are so glad you found the home clean overall and enjoyed the spaciousness etc. The pool maintenance tech would have come immediately but you didn't tell us until now. If you ever have issues with a private rental, owners like us will be over backwards to help. Thank you for your feedback on the sand, we passed along to cleaners.

Thanks Brenda, we would have immediately contacted the neighbor if we knew there was anything strange happening. I will reach out to you directly to get more details. Our neighborhood is typical Florida hodgepodge we mention that in the listing. It is not a posh HOA it is more working class good hearted people and we have never had any issues. The umbrella is there you must have missed it. I suggested you turn on the fans and I think you missed our message, it was around 98 degrees during your stay! The house was still 72. This review truly took my breath away. We have 3 properties with over 300 reviews and nothing ever like this. I have heard that there are some people very hard to please and find fault with everything. Honestly, I felt so good about this guest. I usually don’t get to meet guests, but since I personally brought the air fresheners I got to meet them, look them in the eyes, and I truly had a nice feeling and was so happy I got to meet them. I wished them condolences (funeral) and was so happy we got to provide them with a place to mourn and celebrate life. So when I read this all I was just shocked and quite discouraged, indeed. We take our business very seriously. I had also let them check in 5 hours early, and they didn’t seem to really appreciate it so I did wonder about that. Addressing issues: Beds Mattresses: personal preference on firmness? They are less than a year old, memory foam, definitely not low quality I paid for them! As well as sheets, and pillows. We have never had a complaint on this. Smell: I didn’t notice anything unusual and was happy to share this is a non-smoking home, always has been. The one window she mentioned is stuck, maintenance is fixing this asap. When I arrived to drop off air fresheners the home was filed with people all had their shoes on, so I am sure that was the reason the kids knees were dirty. Our cleaners take 5-6 hours to clean after every stay. We maintain temp, most guests appreciate it. Vegetable peeler, we will add that!
