The Launch Pad Met Expectations

Very clean, good utilitarian space in a very convenient location. Owner was exceptionally nice. We were able to go on various short trips to the refuges and wildlife areas, restaurants and stores. Will return again.

Was a place to sleep for other events .with family. The owner across the street was very helpful with a gas leak that got fixed immediately and was good to go the next day

Very Responsive and Helpful Hosts!

We had a lovely stay for three nights while we took our family to a wedding. The house was clean and pleasant. Our hosts were very responsive when we needed alittle extra cleaning around the pool and took care of it right away. I recommend this home!

This would have been a 5 star except for the issue with the so called "Smart AC" that only works when it senses movement in the house. Great for energy savings but terrible when everyone goes to bed and the house heats up. Especially when there were extreme heat warnings the entire time we were there. There was no welcome booklet as stated in the check in information so I had to go through the VRBO a App to contact the property manager. Other then those 2 things the place was great. Good location, very clean, and my favorite part was the pool. We definitely spent a lot of time in the pool.

Low key and easy family getaway

The LaunchPad is in a great location for day trips to all major attractions in the area. The neighborhood is quiet. Garage parking is nice. Family of 6 was very comfortable staying here.

A perfect stay

The house was very nice, tidy, well-equipped. The kids loved the Pool entirely protected from Moskitos which is perfect! The owner is very friendly, helpful and responsive. We can definitely recommend the place!

Great Location with Attentive Owner

Easy to see launches from the front yard. Central location with a short drive (30 min) to Kennedy Space Center Pool was very nice. Owners were very responsive to two small issues/questions, even providing excellent recommendations for dining and things to see in the area.

We stayed for about 6 weeks and very much enjoyed our stay. Ct lives across the street and was available to answer questions and take care of any problems. This area is perfect for us with a nearby bike path and wonderful beaches. Ct also tried to help me with auto problems.We have no complaints.

We absolutely loved our stay at the launch pad. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and clean and modern decor. Well stocked with everything we could ever need and comfortable. Close to beautiful quiet beaches and lots of wildlife to see. We were lucky enough to see a space X rocket launch which was amazing. Would definitely stay again and will recommend. We love the launch pad!

Very Clean and Compfortable

Our stay was really comfortable. The house is very clean and functional. We love to be outside and if you want to do this in Florida, it requires an outdoor screen. The outdoor screen on this house is nice and worked out perfectly.

The property was well kept up in a quiet neighborhood. The biggest issue we had was we stayed during a bad heat wave and the air conditioner was set at 74. The owners did not want the air set any lower and the unit had a hard time keeping up. I had discussed with the owner that we are traveling with an infant and they need sleeping temps 68-72 degrees. The owner was nice enough to agree that we can keep the air at 70 during the night. However, i would be up several times during the night and find the thermostat again set to 74. The owners were also nice enough to let us stay a little longer on check out day to watch a launch. The launch was unfortunately canceled. We live in florida so we understand the difficulty with the air conditioning but the way it kept reverting to 74 and sometimes 76 degrees was frustrating.

Family Visit

We visited family in the area so this was a great base of operations for us to coordinate all of our activities. The listing says hot tub but that was not working, it was the same temperature as the pool. Overall it was a great value and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
