mauvaise expérience.

A qui de droit, concernant le séjour du 19 fevrier au 19 mars à Skyline37 de Playa Del Carmen, ma cote de satisfaction est terrible. Les raisons de cette cote sont: ascenceur non fonctionnel, salle de sport avec des équipements détruits, pas d'eau chaude la première journée, laveuse à linge brisée, chien dans l'immeuble. Nous avons loué un appartement dans un immeuble sans animaux et une des propriétaires d'un appartement de l'immeuble a essayée de nous intimider pour accepter son chien à la piscine. A 2 reprises notre contact de Vacasa nous a suggéré de nous trouver un autre appartement sans nous en suggérer un autre endroit pour nous loger et nous a suggéré de nous rembourser les nuits non-utilisées. C'est ce que nous avons fait la deuxième fois. Il nous restait 9 nuits et ils nous en ont remboursé que 8. Pour se reloger, ça nous a coûté 1100 cad avec tous les tracas que ça engendré et en tout, ils nous ont remboursé que 946.86 cad.

Great location - Bring earplugs

Great location, close to everything. On the same street than Evolve if you go to the gym. At night you definitely need earplugs. The gym at the top of the building is non existent. You can't use the treadmill. When I got there multiple times I had no water for a few hours, but stayed for one month and towards the end it seemed to have been fixed. The Wifi was strong enough to take Zoom calls

Cute apt close to everything

The apt was perfect. Close to everything on 5th avenue. Apt was clean when I arrived. Easy to check in. You can hear music at night from the apt so if you’re not into that, this may not be the place for you. My only complaint was the wifi. I did need to work while I was there and the wifi was not good at all. And it didn’t reach to the roof top pool which was unfortunate. I would stay here again if they improved the wifi at least in the unit.

Good day All, We rent this property from Nov 16, 2023-Dec 2, 2023. We called VACASA property management to confirm the location- we were told it is Pura Playa condominimum, next to LEVORI Gym as it is indicated on the map. When we arrived - this was wrong location, thanks to people next door - they knew english and contacted the property management for location. Thanks God it was short walk to the next block. Hope this will help other people's making decision on the rent this property. The apartment is located in SKYLINE 24 condominium, third floor # 304. The building is located not between 10th Avenida and 5th Avenue on 24 North st, it is located betweek 5th ave and 1st ave on 24st north st. The windows are facing the 22nd north st, where Sr. Frog night club is located, so the music was load all night until 3-4 am. we could not sleep. The elevator is not working, the gym room are not working since the equipment broken, the toilet flash was not working in apartment we used bucket for 16 nights and no one showed up to fix it.But we text the property management and informed . My husbend is 75yo and has knee problem- so it was not easy to use steps up/dn. Pool is on the roof - not sure if the water is clean and someone is checking chemistry...Building was almost empty maybe 2-3 apartments were rented.

Pleasant Spot - Close to Everything

While being some walking distance from el Centro - this location is still a short walk from what feels like Everything. Well appointed, safe, tidy. Just right and worth more than asking.
