Stunning ocean views

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront home! The outdoor shower was a refreshing touch, and having private beach access was a dream. The daily cleaning service made our vacation truly relaxing. The modern design and stunning ocean views were the cherry on top!

We really enjoy this location!!! The best beachfront property! Walk distance to everywhere ! Supermarket, restaurants, stores … the studio is so beautiful and cozy! Perfect swimming pool and kitchen ❤️.

Amazing location and perfect small house for us! It's the best set up I have had in santa teresa. Clean, right off one of the best surf breaks but close to town too. Really perfect. And anything that popped up was instantly dealt with by Sophie. I can't wait to stay again. Stephen

Excellent stay

This place is a modern perfect rental for a couple. No wasted space. The bathroom was awesome. Very good water pressure. In the shower was a monster rain shower head. Very nice! Air conditioning was strong and kept the bedroom area nice and cold at night. The bed was very comfortable. The tiles around the pool get very slippery when wet. As well as the kitchen. The fridge compressor causes water on the tiles which can be slick. The fridge was a good size and kept our beer very cold. The noise from the construction wasn’t too bad. It was nice being so close to the beach. Overall fairly private. Walking distance to many good restaurants.

Stunning Location

My wife and I stayed 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. You will not find a better location for a romantic getaway. The host Sophe greeted us upon arrival and was very accessible and quick to respond with any suggestions or recommendations when asked. One day she arranged for ATVs to be delivered to the property. On the last day, in a hurry, I left my car keys in the safe by accident and she took the time to send them in the mail to me. She is awesome and I appreciate her taking the time to make this happen! The location is perfect walking distance to the Main Street in Santa Teresa, so if you don't have any transportation then no need to worry. Being able to walk out your front door, down a short path and be at the beach is exactly what we were looking for. I can tell the house was well thought out and the attention to deal when building was clearly thought out. The housekeeping service was great as well! Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet and secluded beach front property, but still a short distance away from all the local restaurants and shops. And if you surf, there are waves right out front and some other breaks to the north I enjoyed. Until next time!
