The living room is set up for downtime, with a large flat-screen TV that makes it easy to settle in for movie nights after a day of sun and sand. Step out onto the private balcony, where there's seating for the whole group to relax, swap stories about the day's launch sightings, or simply watch the sky.



Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of storage space to unpack and settle in properly. Beds come fitted with linens, and extra pillows and blankets are on hand for anyone who wants a little more comfort.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering simple, with modern appliances, ample counter space, and the cooking basics covered - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. Dishes, silverware, and a coffee maker (coffee included) round things out, so you can fix breakfast before heading to the beach or start the coffee while the rocket countdown plays in the background.



Bathroom

The single bathroom is clean and updated, stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, body soap, and toiletries so you can leave the extra packing at home.

Fillmore Unit 5 sits just steps from the beach, with beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - provided so you can head straight to the sand. The condo is about 2 miles from Port Canaveral, making it a convenient stop before or after a cruise, and roughly 20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center for anyone hoping to catch a launch up close. Orlando's attractions are also within easy reach, giving you flexibility to fill your stay with beach days, space history, or theme park adventures. Back at the complex, the shared pool is right there for cooling off between excursions.



Free parking is available on the premises as well as on the street, and self check-in with a smart lock means you can come and go on your own schedule. Pets are allowed, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
