There is a private driveway for two cars parked tandem. Ridesharing is very easy and abundant in the area as well.

We have team members just down the street, so if anything comes up in the house and you need in person assistance, please reach out to us. It breaks our heart when guests dont communicate at all during their stay and then rate the house poorly on things that could have been corrected quickly during the stay. Please keep in mind that this is just a house, here on planet earth, and every house has its quirks and kinks, and while we do our best to keep everything on the up and up, its possible something has gone unnoticed and we pride ourselves on having guests who treat our house like we would treat it. If you see something, say something, and give is a chance to show you how we provide excellent hospitality service.

This is our personal primary residence, and we are out of the country for a time. This is not a commercial short term rental, and as such there are things about this house that may not suit every person. Our cleaners do their best, please let us know if they leave something to be desired. We dont always know if something is missing or broken, and if you break or damage something, please let us know and take photos so that we can take measures to have things replaced for the next guests and for our return. We ask that you take all this into consideration before booking with us.

There is an apple tree, peach tree and pear tree with four types of pears on this property as well as maturing blueberry, raspberry and blackberry bushes!

-Hot Tub maintenance occurs weekly on Tuesdays
-Yard Maintenance occurs weekly on Thursdays
-Tuesday is trash day and trash bins are located in the alley behind the house. If the corresponding trash bin is full, feel free to use any of the other ones that are available.
-Please recycle-Purple Bin

For stays exceeding 30 nights, we require an additional fee of $175 per month. This covers the necessary backend insurance costs.

We only accept dogs as pets, no cats or other animals allowed. If bringing a dog, we need to be informed when booking. We charge a $200 pet deposit upon booking.

If refunds are indicated they will be completed per the cancellation policy listed minus a processing fee which is determined by a percentage of the transaction and may be up to $150.

Please note that while we provide plenty of USB-A ports for your devices, we do not supply adapters for USB-C cables. To ensure you have everything you need, kindly bring any necessary adapters with you.

Please be aware that for the safety and security of our guests, there are exterior security cameras installed at the front entrance. These cameras record both video and audio and are monitored to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. They DO NOT record any indoor spaces.

Great Stay in Denver!

Loved this beautiful home and the surrounding location. It was our family's first time to Colorado and we have nothing but great things to say. The home was clean, instructions were clear, and we had a great time. We enjoyed taking walks, trying the local restaurants, and short drives to endless nearby adventures including the Denver Zoo, Nature and Science Museum, and Dinosaur Ridge. Thanks again!

Great home for our group

We traveled with 9 people - 4 adults, 4 teens and 1 little kiddo. This home worked out perfectly for our group. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies. The teens loved the basement space. It would be great for families with small children as the property had plenty of toys and books for the kiddos. Backyard space was nice. Front porch was great. The driveway was spacious enough for two vehicles - which was great because street parking was hard to come by. Hosts were very responsive and easy to reach. We were pleased with our stay at this home. The only negative I can think of is the master shower door leaked quite a bit on the floor so we could have used a bath mat and the blackstone was pretty dirty. Other than that, all good!

This is a fantastic neighborhood. An old historic house that has been updated. Kitchen fully stocked. The A/C is an evaporated cooler, keeps house humid and cool. Downstairs great for kids! When we arrived- dryer had damp towels, dirty diaper in garbage, wad of hair in the master shower, master shower leaks heavily onto the floor, this was stated in previous review. The outside has been neglected, front area high dead weeds. back had a large planter broken in pieces and soil spilled out. Not ideal for youngers. The curtain around the seating area is falling down. lots of overgrowth and dead grass. Inside- stained couch and rugs that should be replaced by now. Unfortunately, not 5 stars. House is large and spacious but definately needs deep clean and simple attention in many places.
