Hi Katherine, thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing such thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad the location between DEN and Boulder worked well for your family, and that you enjoyed the views, the comfy beds, the kitchen and the fire pit. We’re truly sorry to hear about the mouse on the lanai and the pet hair on the carpet. This is the first we’ve heard of either one. Our inspector didn’t find any of these issues before your arrival, and none of them were brought to our attention during or after your stay. We always want the chance to make things right in the moment, so please reach out to us anytime if something isn’t quite right. Our team is happy to send someone over. This is also the first we've heard of the furniture being uncomfortable, but we will be sure to keep an eye on this for future. We’re sorry checkout morning felt rushed. Check-in at this home is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM, and we sent a checkout reminder the evening before. This information is also sent a week before your arrival so guests can plan accordingly. Thank you again for your feedback. We’d love to host you again on your next visit!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the panoramic views of the Fourth of July fireworks and found the layout and location of the home to be a good fit for your group. That said, we’re genuinely sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not meet expectations. Your comments about the dust, bathroom fixtures, cookware, and linens have been shared with our housekeeping team, and we’ll be taking immediate steps to address these concerns. We appreciate your honesty—it helps us improve—and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future with a noticeably better experience.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide some feedback, and we are very sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. Although these things happen and are completely out of our control, I'm glad we were able to get a plumber out right away to address it and refund half of your stay for the inconvenience. It is sad for us to see a 3 star review for something that was out of our control where we had it remedied and you were compensated but your feedback is appreciated nonetheless. We hope to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay in Northglen for the CU Boulder graduation. It's great to know that you appreciated the mid-century modern style and high-end finishes of the home, as well as the fantastic views of Denver and Boulder from the backyard. We're glad you had a great time dining, chatting by the fire pit, and playing pool. It's also good to hear that the commute to both Boulder and Denver was easy and that Ubers were readily available. We're pleased that we could assist you promptly with your questions. We would love to welcome you back and appreciate your recommendation to friends and family. Thank you again for choosing our property!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience though I am very sorry to hear of some of the issue you encountered during your stay. I do wish you would have let us know of these issues right away so we could get them fixed especially since they are pretty easy fixes. We also would have been happy to send a couple of fans if you felt the bedroom was too warm for your liking. Our maintenance team will be taking care of the faucet and breaker right away so that will not be an issue in the future. Glad you enjoyed the beautiful views and hopefully with these issues addressed you will change your mind about staying again.
