Welcome to our home away from home! You'll be close to Greenville's most beautiful attractions, many within walking distance or an even shorter drive away. It's a 15ā€“20-minute walk to much of Downtown and Falls Park on the Reedy and Cancer Survivor's Park are only an 8-10 minute walk away! Alternatively, you can easily have a quiet night in! You can take some time to lounge on our daybed swing, enjoy a cozy fire in our peaceful backyard fire pit, or relax in our hot tub.

Lovely place. Seems like everything is newly upgraded and it had everything we needed. Location is great for getting to the West end and Reedy Falls Park although we didnā€™t end up walking due to cold rainy weather for much of the stay. Host was in touch and helpful. Highly recommend- we will stay again when we return to Greenville.

We loved our stay in Greenville! The home was just beautiful, and so comfortable and clean! Melinda was wonderful. Cozy Cottage

What a beautiful cottage! This was the perfect spot for our visit to Greenville. It is so close to all of the restaurants and activities in the bustling downtown area. The host has thought of everything to make it a home away from home. My boys especially enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Charming cottage!

Very pretty house- clean, cheerful, has all the comforts of home. Yard is lovely! Love the front porch with comfy seat swing. Very relaxing to enjoy a beverage and read a good book. The house is very close to downtown. Host was very accommodating and friendly! Enjoyed our stay!

Really Great Place

This is more than expected. It is a beautiful, updated home close to downtown. We were able to bike to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a great walking and biking trail that goes through the downtown area. The home is located close to the downtown area as well. We will certainly recommend this home and hope to maybe return in the future.

Bungalow getaway!

My husband and I booked this property for our Greenville trip. It was a convenient location for all of our activities with plenty of food/shopping/recreation available in walking distance or a short drive. We adored the renovated property & all the little extras you could want or need were there! Property manager was very communicative throughout booking & our stay. The hot tub is a nice bonus & was perfect in the evenings. Highly recommend & would stay again if returning to the area.

Great Greenville Getaway!

This house is so cute and charming! Feels very homely and was spacious for four guests. The beds are very comfortable and there are lots of board games. We didnā€™t make it into the hot tub (it was July) but Iā€™m sure it would be great once itā€™s cooler outside. The location is only about a 20min walk from downtown Greenville. Our host, Melinda, was fantastic! She gave us lots of local recommendations and was very responsive. The highlight of our weekend was renting bikes and spending time on the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Beautiful home with lots of extra amenities

This home is beautifully designed and comes with a lot of extras. Coffee pods, creamer, snacks, extra paper products, bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.). Above and beyond most properties we've been to. It felt like staying in a very nice hotel with full access to the lounge! The host was very responsive, replying quickly. The location was walking distance to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have been better!

My husband and I will be moving to Greenville in 2026 and we wanted a nice place to stay with a hot tub close to downtown. This beautiful, little cottage was the perfect choice. We have stayed at many VRBOs in other cities in South Carolina, Hawaii and Arkansas and this one is by far the most well-appointed home that we have stayed in. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, patio and firepit. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need. They provide numerous manners of brewing coffee and for a coffee lover like me, that was amazing. The home is tastefully decorated and very clean. The communication with Melinda was spot on and knowing that we plan to move to the area, she provided numerous recommendations and directions. We're not sure if we'll need a place to book again but if we do, your home will be first on our list. Well Done!

The perfect property and so close to downtown Greenville and all the great dining and shopping.This home is complete perfection. So well appointed and the owners thought of everything you might need.The furniture was in excellent condition and so cozy. Everything was in perfect working order, maintained to the highest standard. There are games and books and plenty of space to spend time. The outdoor area was well maintained and perfect for enjoying friends or family.I canā€™t give this one a higher rating or I would!

The home was very clean and beautifully remodeled. A couple friends and I rented it for two nights to celebrate two birthdays. One of the people in our group had bad knees so we didnā€™t walk to town so I canā€™t speak for how easy it wouldā€™ve been to get there. I will say half of the road the house is on is blocked off due to construction and there was a lot of road work nearby. We drove into the downtown area each day and we easily found parking (free/paid). The street was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. If you book a stay here, look up Mice on Main - little bronze mice statues are hidden up and down N Main St which were fun that find.

We only had two nights and wish it were longer stay. We stay in vrbo rentals all the time and I must sayā€¦ā€¦this was the best. Cleanest one hands down and so charming. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and loved sitting on porch on swinging day bed in morning with coffee. We werenā€™t there long and never cooked, but kitchen looked well stocked. It also within walking distance to downtown. Really canā€™t find any negativesā€¦..great time and great place to stay. We saidā€¦ā€¦could definitely stay for month or two. Thank youā€¦.Jacki
