West End Townhouse steps from Main St & Falls Park, Shopping, Dining, Stadium

PRIME LOCATION DOWNTOWN in the West End, close to everything! You can literally park & not drive again! Main Street & its Shops & Restaurants, Falls Park, & the Baseball Stadium are a 2 minute walk away! We have a huge wrap around couch, big screen smart tvs in every room, wood burning fireplace, front/back patios with grill. Upstairs, both rooms have vaulted ceilings, king beds, big smart tvs, full bathrooms, & laundry is in the hall.

Literally walking distance to everything downtown offers! Extremely short walk to the beautiful Falls Park, you can see the entrance sign from the townhome! The Swamp Rabbit Trail is right there at the same entrance mentioned (& we even offer bikes to rent). I can tell you everything you need to know about activities, restaurants, shops, and area attractions! You will definitely not be disappointed staying here! It is ground zero for fun and comfort! We have a huge couch that can sleep 2 additional guests ($25/per guest). Dogs are welcome for a one time fee of $100 per dog/ per stay (or per week) and we provide a bed and dishes for your furry friend (heavy shedding dogs are subject to additional fee). We recently painted and redecorated the space. We meticulously clean the space ourselves after each visit and also wipe down with disinfectant each door knob, cabinet knob, fridge doors, light switch, couches, etc! The carpets and rugs were professionally cleaned and sanitized at 220 degrees 1/2/2023.

We have a unique unit within our 13 unit Townhome complex. Ours is the only one with a front "jut out' space. We added a little bar to the front patio so we can watch the world go by. And in the warmer months have some nice big palm trees for additional privacy. There are 6 units on one side facing 7 units on the other with parking in the middle. We have 2 dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit. There is also 1 guest spot that the community shares (first come first serve), but there is plenty of free parking directly across the street (where you can see your vehicle) or on the street out front. There are 2 places to let your dog do its thing (picking up after it of course) or take it for a long walk or run on the Swamp Rabbit Trail or up Main street. There is a dumpster for all your trash. Every one in the community is super cool, so please be respectful during your stay so we can continue to operate and maintain good relations with them and the HOA.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!!! Can't stress enough how close and convenient this Townhouse is to everything! You can literally park your car and not have to drive again your entire trip. There is also a trolley pick up right across the street. We walk everywhere and also ride bikes right from the front door to our favorite breweries and other spots on the trail (let us know if you need some bikes). Uber and Lyft are also super easy to hail with wait times normally around 3 minutes or less.
