The space
Our stunning home offers 5 bedrooms, 7 beds and 4 bathrooms that span 4,000 sq. ft. which will accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably and fulfill all your groups’ wants and desires. Located on a gulf access canal, only minutes from the Caloosahatche River.

On the lower level you will find a spacious bedroom with a private door leading to the courtyard. Should you need to step away and work, there is dedicated office space. The kitchen- heart of the home, connects spacious dining and living spaces while overlooking the outdoor courtyard. As you enter the courtyard you will be graced by the serene saltwater heated pool and spa. There is plenty of seating for entertainment and an alfresco dining experience too. Need Vitamin Sea? Let your cares drift away while lounging in the sun, getting lost in a novel or sipping cocktails swinging on the cozy hammock. Thirsty for something refreshing? Feel free to use the Jimmy Buffet frozen margarita machine. Sure to please your palate. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere.

Stepping back inside to the upper level you will find 4 spacious bedrooms. The Master King bedroom with an ensuite has a spa soaking tub and private balcony overlooking the courtyard and canal. The 3rd and 4th bedroom boast a Jack n Jill bathroom while the 5th queen bedroom has a standalone bathroom.

While on a family vacation with little ones we have everything you’ll need. And in the event of a rainy day, you can find yourself in the expansive open loft and game room with foosball table and shuffleboard with an additional queen size sleeping accommodation with Nautical twin trundle boat bed.

Bring your own boat and secure it on the home’s private dock or easily rent one from a local boat dealership approximately one mile away. Grab your gear including lifejackets(on site) and shove off and navigate the canal system to the open water. You are only moments away from the beautiful gulf. Take a short ride to Fort Myers or take an adventure on a deserted island, Sanibel or Captiva. You may even see some endangered Manatees on your outing! And if you’re not a boater there is provided fishing gear that can be used off this homes private dock. The adventure is all yours.
