Mit 2.320 Quadratmetern gibt es viel Platz in dieser Eigentumswohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern für die ganze Familie. Das Silver Beach Towers West 1801 bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen separaten Essbereich und einen privaten, übergroßen Balkon am Golf, der sowohl vom Wohnbereich als auch vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus zugänglich ist.

Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Flachbild-TV ausgestattet und bietet Zugang zum möblierten Balkon am Golf. Angrenzend an den Wohnbereich befinden sich der Essbereich und die Frühstücksbar, in denen genügend Sitzgelegenheiten für Ihre gesamte Gruppe vorhanden sind. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Kochgeschirr. Die Waschküche befindet sich außerhalb der Küche und enthält eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe.



Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und einen eigenen Eingang zum Balkon am Golf. Die Suite enthält auch einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein Hauptbad, das über einen Doppelwaschtisch, einen Whirlpool und eine geflieste begehbare Dusche mit Sitzbank verfügt.

The view!

First initial impression was great. Smelled nice, was clean and came with plenty of towels and essentials. Very high up so you have a great view of ocean with an occasional dolphin view as well. I would definitely book again. The only downsides were the ice machine was broke, the air filters and fan blades were full of dust but other than that great booking!

Beautiful bright and well-kept condo. The pictures don’t do it justice. Spacious, well appointed and we loved the ease of getting to the pool and beach. Only negative: the bathrooms need updating and didn’t match the upgraded quality of the rest of the condo. Other than that, it was perfect!

Pictures don’t do it justice

The condo was even better than expected! Plenty of space for 5 adults. Breathtaking view of the Emerald waters. Only suggestion is housekeeping needs to clean the patio, found an acrylic nail & a used tissue. Should give you the option to purchase cleaning supplies (trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, etc). We purchased our own but it is such a waste to have to throw it all away.

Panoramic view of ocean

The views of the ocean were the best of any condo we have stayed in. It had wall to wall windows and doors. This unit is on the corner so there were also large windows facing the side and each bedroom had views also. One bedroom had access to a back balcony overlooking an airfield. I can't think of a thing that was not super nice in the condo. Comfortable beds; kitchen had everything we needed to cook; every thing in the condo worked; beautifully appointed. I also liked the fact that the elevator was open to only three condos on our floor. We never had to wait. Parking was nice too. It was all enclosed and each condo had its own spot. It was not far from restaurants or shops. There was easy access to the beach and pool area. It was a great vacation and we will certainly be back!

Annual family trip

We had a wonderful week in Destin . Check in was easy and efficient. We had to condos one the same floor and both were clean, and provided all of the amenities we needed. This is our fourth stay at the Sterling Beach Towers and will continue to make thorn our home away from home, we especially love the security around the pool area and the grounds. Family safe !

Fantastic Stay!!!

We had a fantastic stay and this unit was very clean, decorated nicely and had comfortable beds. We really enjoyed this unit and it had everything we needed to have a fantastic week.

Incredible!

This place is breathtaking! The pictures are beautiful but they don’t do it justice! Every room has amazing decor and the view is indescribable! When you look out the master bedroom, living area, and dining room all you can see is ocean! Most importantly it was extremely clean! Highly highly recommend this place!!

Excellent! Amazing get a-way!

From the moment you walk in- the view is AMAZING! Excellent upgraded features, beautiful furnishing, and the view from the main living area and master bedroom is spectacular. Great for families and love that each bedroom has it's own bath. The property is also excellent from the pools to the beach service.

Excellent stay
