This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very bright and sunny with three balconies, all with amazing views of Laurel Canyon. We loved having coffee on the balcony off the living room, and the back garden is very peaceful with very nice and comfortable furniture.

Great location close to all the attractions. Love the mid century home. Enjoyed being up on a hill being surrounded by nature. A lot of traffic noise from the street below but was worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed a few nights at Nina's home. Loved the location and proximity to Larchmont, West Hollywood, Westwood, and Santa Monica. Peaceful neighborhood with a yard and great views. Definitely worth as stay.

This property is located amongst the Hollywood Hills with beautiful greenery all around yet centrally located near everything in a safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The property manager responded promptly to my questions and the beds were comfortable well priced for what we received. The views are stunning and the decor is well done. The house is charming, comfortable and well-equipped with beautiful views. Nina is a proactive and attentive host. It’s conveniently located although you’ll need to drive even to nearby locations as there are no sidewalks.It has a relaxing vibe but you can hear plenty of traffic from Laurel Drive below. The bedrooms can get pretty hot when the sun is strong.

Hollywood Hills Get-Away

Fabulous weekend in the Hollywood Hills in this classic mid-century home. Beautifully appointed with everything we needed to relax and enjoy the property and wonderful views. Great location, easy commute to the city or the beach. Host was very attentive, easy to work with and checked in on us. Our only regret was we didn’t stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home, and Nina was very accommodating. We had a few questions when we arrived, and Nina responded immediately with answers and a willingness to make things comfortable for us. We were in LA to celebrate my son’s graduation from UCLA grad school, and the house and Nina helped make our trip and the celebration perfect.
