We have decorated and styled the home to create a cozy and modern desert feel. We strive for comfort with high quality foam mattresses and a fully stocked kitchen, including a keurig, pots and pans, basic spices etc. After a day of adventure, come back and relax in the patio around the fire pit or soak in the hot tub. This unit is part of a duplex and patio area is shared with the other units and just a short walk away

You will have access to one unit as well as all the shared spaces such as the hot tub, fire pit, workout area, and office.

Walk down the path on the right side of the unit to get to the shared patio and hot tub area. Quiet time after 9pm
1. No pets, ESAs, or service animals of any kind due severe allergies. It is a health risk. $1000 fine for breaking this rule
2. No parties or events, $500 fine for breaking this rule
3. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed. $1000 fine for breaking this rule
4. Only one car per unit is permitted due to limited parking. Violators can be towed
