In fact, you won't even need a vehicle during your stay if you choose not to have one, as this location is incredibly central, and everything you need is within walking distance.

Right in front of the complex, there's a plaza that hosts a mini-supermarket where you can conveniently purchase all your groceries. Just minutes away from the complex, you'll also find the town's cinema, a cozy coffee shop, a relaxing spa, a professional hair salon, and a variety of delightful restaurants to satisfy your culinary cravings.

The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and a safe box to securely store your belongings. A new air conditioning unit has recently been installed for your comfort.

This is a No-Smoking Condo. Smoking is not allowed inside nor outside in the patio area in front of the unit, as per complex rules and regulations.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
