The condo can host up to 4 guests, with a Queen-sized bed inside the main bedroom and a pull-out bed in the living room. You can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy them at the dining table. Enjoy Cocomarindo's pool which undeniably is one of the best in town, however, Coco beach is also only a 5 minute walk away.

The Cocomarindo complex, renowned for its stringent security measures, offers unparalleled safety for its residents, ensuring a worry-free stay within this gated community. Situated on the road to Ocotal Beach, at the Southwest end of Coco Beach, Cocomarindo boasts a prime location. Just outside the complex, you'll find a convenient mini supermarket and a variety of restaurants to satisfy any craving. A brief 5-minute stroll takes you directly to the beach, positioned just behind the complex. Along the way, seize the opportunity to pick up fresh fruits and vegetables from local vendors, adding a touch of freshness to your meals. For those seeking more entertainment and shopping options, the main strip of town is a mere 10-minute walk away. The condo is located on the upper floor. You can enjoy the reassurance of safety inside the complex, with 24/7 on-site security. Inside the complex, you have access to the parking, the pool and the laundry areas.

Important notes regarding the condo:
-The condo has limited on-site parking inside the complex. There are also a limited amount of parking just outside the complex, next to the guard's office.
- All guests must familiarize themselves with the condo rules which are sent upon booking before entering the complex and must check-in with security upon arrival

Inside, you'll find a cozy living area featuring a Smart TV and a comfortable couch, inviting you to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows. The dining table, accommodating up to four guests, is perfect for shared meals and memorable conversations.

The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals at your convenience. This space is ideal for a couple, or a family with children. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you might need during your stay; a stovetop, fridge, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, kettle and a microwave. You can rest and unwind on the couch at night and enjoy watching your favourite movies on Amazon Prime.

The bedroom offers a comfortable sleeping area with a Queen bed with a brand new mattress updated in February 2025.

The complex itself offers a peaceful and relaxing ambiance, boasting the best pool in town for you to take refreshing dips. Every room in the condo comes equipped with its own air conditioning unit, ensuring your comfort and a pleasant atmosphere throughout your stay.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
