Wonderful stay!

Big group of friends came in for a volleyball tournament at Rehoboth beach and we had a wonderful time. Even had the chance to meet to owners, which was lovely. I would highly recommend!

We had a great time - the property is in a great location. The bedrooms are small but we just sleep there and then we are either down in the common area together or out and about! The kitchens were fully stocked with everything we needed. The only down side is with 26 people, there could be more bathrooms but we made it work.

Perfect location and plenty of space

We had quite a few teens and several singles so appreciated the 13 bedrooms. Also, nice to have 3 refrigerators and filtered water. We enjoyed all 19 of us eating in one room with plenty of plates, silverware, and cups.

We loved our stay!

We had a big church group stay at this house. It was perfect. 2 kitchens made it really easy to cook meals for a big group. Plenty of rooms with comfy beds and pillows. It's really close to the beach and boardwalk. The host and the property manager were really pleasant to work with. I highly recommend!!

Thank you for your kind review… We really do try to keep it well appointed, and every year we try to do better… This year is reupholstering the west side, couch, and new couches for the east side since some very unfortunate couch happenings this season… I do apologize for the Routine exterminator for all things bugs and spiders… It was just an exterior treatment but I didn’t mean for you guys to have to even deal with that. Usually it’s inspection and then treatment but they’re under new management… Overall Helen said your family was just wonderful and two thumbs up from Helen means a lot. Big house with plenty of bedrooms for a large group. We had two multi-generational families and a couple of friends and for the first time ever there was no need to have anyone double up. Homey Beach Cottage Feel with Many Amenities

We had a work retreat here, and it was perfect so that our 11 folks did not need to share bedrooms. Two kitchens! Big but separate areas for folks to group and chat, but everyone could also fit around the table. Also great was the ability to change temperature in each bedroom. Just right for us! Holiday weekend get away

We stayed here the weekend after Thanksgiving with 21 ppl...13 kids and 8 adults. The location is fantastic and the house is perfect for so many people. We couldn't stop commenting on how it was just the perfect place for our large group. The house is perfectly appointed and has a lot of space for everyone to spread out. Surprisingly, for a household large, all the beds were very comfortable and the mattresses were not in bad shape. Parking was great and you are close to absolutely everything. We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend it!

Family reunion

Wonderful home for our family reunion! We’re a very close (and large!) blended family and we had plenty of space to be together or grab a little solitude. The house is adorably and comfortably furnished, like being on a tv set of the “classic” beach house. It’s well situated in Rehoboth … a couple of blocks from the beach and downtown. We all LOVED our time in this house. Helen who manages the property is a gem too!

Family Gathering

Billy and Becky (and Helen) were super welcoming! Everyone enjoyed the house, it felt like a home. It was great that the owners left a little basket of "in case you forgot" in the restrooms with toothbrushes and soap. Nice touch.Also nice to have the water filter container in the fridge with cold water when we arrived - and that we continued to use it all week. Kitchens were well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, dishes...Great house for a large groupWe appreciated that the kitchen/bathroom garbage cans were lined and that there was some toilet paper and paper towels available when we arrived. Ice machine in the backyard was great!Really used and enjoyed the front porch. Good amount of on site parking and nice provision for on street parking.Just one thing to add as a nice to have: garbage disposals in kitchens.

SO MUCH FUN!

This house exceeded our expectations! Our week started with meeting Helen (she’s great) for check-in. Our accommodations fit our family to a tee. The bedrooms were very quiet, even with a heated game of Trivial Pursuit going on downstairs. We had family dinners each night. With two fully stocked kitchens, cooking for a large crowd was never an issue and there was plenty of room for everyone to eat together at the tables. Two outdoor showers helped to limit the amount of sand brought into the house. And the amount of beach chairs that were provided was a huge perk. We hope to make this our vacation home for years to come!

If you ever notice that there’s something we’re missing we always like the heads up because we can’t be there all the time to check on everything, but I’m so glad you found the charm that we love so much about that place… We would love to have you as part of our permanent Beach family! Large family gathering

Our large family of up to 20 people enjoyed this location near the bike paths, shops and boardwalk of Rehobeth very much. We helped our 80-something parents by dropping them off at the beach and/or carrying their chairs. The parking was tricky as we had a lot of cars. We really couldn’t fit 4 cars in the driveway because our sedans and Suvs were too long. we utilized the free parking on shuttle rd during the day, but then had to go retrieve our extra cars from that lot in the evening because overnight parking in the lot is not allowed. We had no trouble finding street parking to use our 4 parking permits, we just needed more permits and didn’t want to pay for them. Fyi - permits were $120 for a week or $25 a day. The beds were comfortable. In some of the rooms on the 3rd floor the beds are tucked in under dormered ceilings. Our 20-something’s managed this just fine, but our 80-year olds were leary about navigating the steep steps to the 3rd floor. Since we came with a group of various ages, this worked out fine for us. the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, silverware, plates, colanders, bowls, casserole dishes, baking pans, literally everything! The cabinets were so fully stocked that there was no place for food. we cleared off a sideboard to create a “pantry” that worked for us for the week.

We are in the heart of downtown Rehoboth, just over a block from the beach and boardwalk. And right around the corner from tax-free shops, restaurants, a bike rental and grocery store.
