Providing a comfortable and seamless experience is our top priority, and we would have loved the opportunity to address and resolve these issues for you immediately while you were here. We always encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay if anything feels amiss, as our team is always on standby to make things right, right away. We take all guest input seriously and have already inspected the bed frame, which hadn't been flagged by previous or subsequent guests. Additionally, the HVAC is thoroughly serviced at the beginning of the season and an HVAC company is standing by if any issues should come up during a guest's stay.
