E komo mai, welcome to Waikomo Stream Villas 321.
This 1-bd/1-ba condo is on the second floor with landscaped views in the heart of sunny Poipu, minutes walk to nearby Kukui'ula Shopping Village.
Explore the tranquil grounds to see the koi pond and greenery. Soak in the sun at nearby beaches or spend the day poolside. We recommend enjoying the beautiful outdoors that Kaua'i has to offer. But if you need to stay connected, free wireless internet is provided. Relax with split air conditioning for your comfort in a recently updated condo.
For your convenience, we do provide some beach gear for your use: beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach towels. We also provide a starter supply of amenities and toiletries (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents).
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals in comfort. The bathroom is updated and has a deep soaking tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom has a king bed and access to the lanai. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room and a queen size custom Murphy bed in the secondary living space for additional sleeping arrangements, accommodating up to 5 guests (a $25/night additional guest fee is applied for additional guests 3-5).

Clean and convenient

Condo was very clean and easy to find everything we needed. Easy walking to beach and shopping center with restaurants and drug store, and short drive to anywhere else you might want to go in the area. The only little things that could have made our stay better would be the addition of cards or games and a stool so little kids can reach the faucet to wash their hands on their own. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the necessities if you don’t want to eat out all the time. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean, bright and airy and was nicely decorated. Beautiful grounds. Walking distance to shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious!

Very spacious codo Nice, bright lights in bathroom. Close to many retail stores. Plenty of parking. Great customer service from manager. Comfortable bed although very low to the floor. Furniture is eclectic but condo id very nice overall & great kitchen, AC & ceiling fans throughout.

Great location

This is a beautiful condo in a quiet location, close to Baby Beach (which is away from the hustle and bustle of some of the other beaches in Poipu). The shopping mall and several restaurants are steps away. It's a second floor walk up so you do have to carry stuff up a flight of stairs. It's in Building 3 which is the furthest away from the parking lot (which also means there's the least amount of street noise). Condo itself is spacious. Good cross ventilation and ceiling fans (we never needed to even turn on the AC). Beds were quite comfortable including the Murphy bed. Internet worked well. Could have used a few more staples in the pantry (no cooking oil, salt/pepper, etc). The place was clear except for the floor which could have used a mopping. In fairness, my mother wanted our floors to be so clean you could eat off them, so I have extremely low tolerance for anything that's not squeaky clean. (my partner didn't see any with the floors) Did mention this to the property manager who offered to clean the floor, but I forgot to check my email so I didn't reply till the day before we were leaving so it was a mute point by then. Also mentioned to her that the broom was old and she emailed back that they'd replace the broom as soon we left. There really wasn't a check in process. You get an email with the code for the lockbox that has the front door key as well as the code for the back gate. Would definitely stay there again/recommend to others.
