The Space:

This ground-floor, one-bedroom condo is designed for easy, comfortable living with no stairs to manage, making it a great fit for families, groups traveling with grandparents, or anyone who prefers single-level access.



The bedroom features a king bed, and the living room includes a sofa sleeper, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests total. Brand-new split A/C units in both the living room and bedroom keep the whole condo cool year-round.



The full kitchen comes equipped with cookware, dishware, and appliances for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. We provide a practical option for families or longer stays looking to save on dining out. An in-unit washer and dryer are also included, so you can pack light and do laundry as needed throughout your trip.

We provide fresh linens, a starter supply of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, plus beach and pool towels and beach gear, so you can head straight to the sand or pool without extra packing or errands.

Guests will have full access to the entire ground-level condo, including the private lanai and lush garden surroundings—perfect for easy indoor-outdoor island living.



Your home is secured with personalized keyless entry and a door code for your stay. We'll provide your code before you arrive for a smooth and seamless check-in.

Parking is available on the property and is first-come, first-served.
