Summary:
Pet friendly condo walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the Village. Just steps from great hiking and mountain biking trails for the summer. Condo is cozy with gas fireplace, full kitchen, roomy master, 2 bathrooms, and underground garage parking. Condo has a strong reliable WiFi clocked at 200 mbps. Enjoy all the complex amenities--pool, jacuzzi, sauna, BBQs, tennis court, volleyball court, & basketball court. Must be able to walk up 2 flights of stairs--condo is 2 floors above the garage.
The Space:
Living Room
Unwind on two full-sized leather couches while watching your favorite show on the 65" smart TV—or simply curl up by the fire with a blanket and a cup of hot chocolate. A discreet bunk bed tucked in the corner provides extra sleeping space and is adjacent to its own fully remodeled bathroom with a bathtub.
Kitchen
The fully remodeled kitchen features high-end quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, solid oak tongue-and-groove backsplash, and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. It’s well-stocked with cookware and essentials—perfect for making family meals or your morning coffee before hitting the slopes.
Bar & Workspace
The oversized quartz bar offers high-top seating for two, complete with USB-A and USB-C charging ports—ideal for remote work or casual browsing. Hidden underneath, you’ll find a bookshelf stocked with board games, cards, and puzzles for cozy nights in.
Bedroom
Rest easy in a spacious king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and a down comforter for winter nights. The bedroom includes a remodeled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a 40" smart TV, and a full closet for your gear.
Parking
Enjoy one designated garage parking space, with additional outdoor parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All guests will have complete access to the entire condo, designated garage spot and all complex amenities.
The Neighborhood:
This condo is located in a part of town closest to the ski lifts, hiking trails and mountain biking trails. The condo is a 10 min walk to the ski lifts and a 20 min (1 mile) walk to the nearest shops/restaurants in the Village. The location is perfect for anyone who values the convince of staying close proximity to the mountain.
Getting Around:
Mammoth offers a great for public bus system that runs regularly throughout the year. The closest bus stop is the Blue line stop #73 located at the bottom on the driveway along Canyon Blvd. After walking to the bottom of the driveway turn right onto Canyon Blvd and walk toward the mountain for about 100 yards until you come to Stop #73. The blue line does a continuous loop from the Village to Canyon lodge and back, leaving every 15 min. Look up "Mammoth Lakes Transit" online for a detailed map with departure times.
Our condo is tucked up in the forest near Canyon Lodge base area providing walking access to and from the ski area. The condo is about 1 mile from the Village and 2.7 miles to the middle of town (Vons).
There is a great bus system in Mammoth that is free and will take you anywhere in town. The Blue line and Night Trolly loop from the Village to Canyon lodge every 15-20 min from 7:05am - 11:52pm. Stop #73 is the closest stop to our unit and is located at the base of the Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club driveway along Canyon Blvd. Check the Eastern Sierra Transit website for more details on the routs and times as they adjust through the year.
Other Things to Note:
As noted in the description, you will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to access the condo, we are 2 floors above the garage. There is no elevator, so it is not wheelchair accessible.
The road that brings you from Canyon Blvd to the complex (Mammoth Slopes Drive) is very steep. We highly suggest that all guests traveling to our condo in the winter months carry chains in their car at all times.
