Stunning Beach Oasis w/ Hot Tub

Summary:

A block from the beach, you will find this hidden oasis: a relaxing retreat with well-appointed decor, a hot tub, sprawling backyard, BBQ, workstation, fast wifi, and plenty of beach gear. The main house, a private one-bedroom suite (own entrance, kitchen, bath, laundry, and yard), and a backyard guest house sleep 11 across 5 bedrooms: 1 king, 3 queen, and 2 twin beds plus a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy kumquats and loquats fresh from the backyard while in season!



The Space:

Inside the main house, there are three bedrooms. The primary has a king size bed. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed. And the right bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The master and middle bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a half bathroom between the living room and middle bedroom. The couch in the living room can pull out into a queen size bed. There is a separate building with a trundle bed with two twin mattresses.



Attached to the main house, with its own private entrance and fully enclosed yard, is a one-bedroom guest suite. It has a queen bed, its own living room, a full (if compact) kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and its own washer and dryer, making it ideal for grandparents, a second family, or anyone who wants a little extra privacy while staying together.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire main house, the attached one-bedroom guest suite with its own private entrance and yard, the entire backyard, the driveway, and the parking area in front of the house.



Other Things to Note:

This property is professionally cleaned, landscaped, and treated for pests. The front garden was recently refreshed with new mulch and plenty of colorful new plantings, and the drip irrigation system was upgraded throughout the property, so the grounds are greener and more vibrant than ever. The hot tub is cleaned every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. If you ever need pest control to come out, let us know.



The one-bedroom guest suite is attached to the same building as the main house, with a completely separate entrance and its own enclosed yard. It is included with your booking.



A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the Airbnb app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable.



Please be advised that there are two cameras on the premises, both of which are located outside. One is near the front door facing the gate. The other is by the guest house facing the hot tub.



*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.

*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.



There is construction happening at a property two doors down from this property (there is a multifamily property in between and we have not received any noise complaints from guests).
