Welcome to your home away from home, a spacious 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, air-conditioned house safely tucked at the end of the road in a high-end, family-friendly neighborhood. Perfect for families and groups, our home comfortably sleeps up to 12 adults across 7 beds, with room for 3 children to co-sleep.

Unwind in one of two living areas. The main floor features a cozy living room with an electric fireplace and a large HDTV with streaming, while the basement offers a second entertainment room perfect for movie nights. For a bit of fun, challenge your family to a game on the foosball table or play a tune on the electric piano.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy them together. After a day of exploring, treat yourself to a therapeutic soak in the jetted jacuzzi tub. Our home is also equipped with air conditioning, triple-pane windows for a quiet stay, a dedicated workspace, and full laundry facilities for your convenience.

Step outside to your private, fully fenced backyard. The furnished deck and outdoor dining area are perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons and evening meals.

You will have private access to the entire house and the two-car garage during your stay. For our operational needs, two storage rooms in the basement and a linen closet on the main floor are locked and not accessible to guests.

Our home is located in a peaceful neighborhood with no thru traffic, making it exceptionally safe for families. Just steps away, you`ll find the beautiful Patricia Ravine, a perfect spot for a therapeutic walk and a designated off-leash area for your furry friends.

House Rules:
1. ID proof of the primary, booking guest is mandatory.

2. We have a low price for up to 6 guests. After there, its like an airline - just because there are empty seats, it does not mean additional guests can stay for free. Thus there is a per person per night rate for additional guests beyond 6. Revolving guests do not lower the numbers and booking must be for total number of guests + pets that will stay between 10 PM and 7 AM on any given day during the stay. Nightly price is dependent on the maximum of either actual number of guests + pets AND the number of guests + pets confirmed in the reservation within the cancellation window. Unauthorized individuals will lead to cancellation without refund.

3. Tampering with any cameras, sensors, locks, extinguishers will lead to cancelation without refund.

4. You accept responsibility for safety, actions and liability of all guests, supervision of accompanying children & pets and their following house rules.

5. No parties, smoking/vaping, marijuana/drugs, weapons. A minimum of 3 times the cleaning fee will be adjudged as a penalty. Smoking only permitted on the front verandah while adhering to the quiet times as listed below.

6. No vehicles, people and pets creating noise or light beams between 10pm in the night and 7am in the morning. Reservation may be cancelled if this is happening for reasons other than late check-in.

7. No conducting a business on the premises. Remote work is fine.

8. If optional physical key is provided, place it back in the lockbox. Losing it will incur a minimum 2-nightly rate penalty.

9. Commercial vehicles are not permitted.

10. No moving around of the furniture, furnishings, or sticking/nailing anything.

11. Repairing any of your damages is your responsibility or repair/replacement charge will be added.

12. We are in no ways responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages to the building or your possessions that may occur during your stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance from third parties.

13. Indoor garbage bins are provided with bags in the kitchen and the bathrooms. If they are filled, please drop the tied bags into the large black bin in the garage.

14. Food and organic waste and oils must not be thrown into kitchen sink but collected in the small green bin provided in the kitchen. Once full, please empty that into the large green bin in the garage.

15. Bottles/packages containing drinkable liquids to be placed in the big blue bin in garage.

16. For any health and safety concern or an emergency, we are authorized to enter the property.

17. Unapproved check-out past 10 AM will incur a half-day penalty and past 12 PM will incur a full day penalty. This does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

18. Please close and lock all windows and doors, close all lights, switch off large appliances and disconnect small appliances when you leave the property.

19. Additional cleaning charges may be assessed if the house is left unusually messy and unorderly.

20. Up to 2 pets can be added at the time of the booking which will add the pet fee to the total price. Only then are the pet(s) authorized to stay. Dogs must be less than 50 pounds. Pet fee is set for a single pet and will be double for two pets. If a pet is at the house after not having been pre-informed before check-in, a penalty of double the pet fee per pet will be adjudged.

Excellent for a home base

We were in town for the Marc Kennedy Junior Curling Bonspiel. This 5 bedroom home offered ample space for the parents and we were able to get the kids setup in one of the bedrooms downstairs. The host was easy to converse with and answered any questions we had quickly.

Friendly Host, Great Location

lovely, quiet neighborhood near amenities

The house was excellent. Well stocked kitchen. Only 2 small things, the doors are sticky and when we started wondering why the kids were so quiet, we found them trapped in the bathroom because of the sticky door. The white kitchen chairs are unstable. Three of us fell and two got minor injuries from the chairs slipping and us hitting the edge of the table. other than that it was perfect.

Great family location

Very nice location, easily accessible to downtown Edmonton, West Edmonton Mall, and surrounding area by quick access to the Freeway. A good neighborhood, very calm and nice to stay in, some freeway noise but not overwhelming. Great spaces for multiple people; we had six adults and two children. And everyone was able to have their own rooms (couples together) and the multiple washrooms made things easy for getting ready. The kitchen has good plates, cookware, and appliances, and some basic things to start off. All in all it was a good place to explore Edmonton and relax with family.
