Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private seven-bedroom home features an open floor plan with an upscale kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 86” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, bed coverings, and Smart TVs.

The master bedroom is on located upstairs with 3 other bedrooms, and features a private en-suite bathroom and 65" Smart TV. The lower level basement contains two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Spacious living room include comfy sofas, a cozy electric fireplace, upstairs laundry area, board games, and free high-speed WiFi. Outdoor features include a backyard, BBQ grill, onsite parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Spacious and lots of room for our group of nine. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Located in a nice residential area. We felt very safe. Close to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake wineries. Host was very responsive to our requests and questions before and during our stay.

It generally served our 10 family reunion members well. It was a bit more off the beaten path than expected with very few amenities close by. It was clean and spacious. The backyard needs work- a privacy fence would be appreciated as well as some additional outdoor furniture. I assume that, along with a remote control for the garage door is still pending. This was my 1st booking through VRBO and overall, we had an enjoyable time.

Wonderful stay in new home in very friendly neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home with an easy drive to all the attractions of Niagara Falls. The neighborhood is great and has a nice playground for the kids that is used by families in this new housing community. The families and kids were very friendly and welcoming. The house had plenty of sleeping space and hang out space. We cooked most of our meals at the house and spent family time in the evenings at the house playing games and watching movies. We were all very happy that we did not choose to stay in cramped hotel rooms. I recommend this vacation house. The host is fantastic at answering any questions in a very prompt manner. You will not have any regrets if you choose to stay here.

Everything advertised and more

Stayed with 5 other guys for 4 nights as part of our annual golf getaway. Every person had their own room and most of us had our own bathroom. The rooms were clean and large. Every room had it's own flatscreen and the one in the Master was bigger than the one I own. The kitchen was big and clean. The house is within minutes of 3 of the best golf courses in Niagara region and minutes from the Falls. Everyone enjoyed the stay saying "it's the best house we've ever rented" and we've done this for 20+ years. Highly recommend.

Nice big house for Niagraa Falls family vacations

We stayed here during our visit to Niagara falls with our extended family. The house is huge with a basement and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate large families/groups. It is a brand-new construction. In fact, they were still putting up the lawn turf/sod and building the driveway when we stayed there. That made the neighborhood noisy and messy with construction (especially when it rained). Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our time, and I expect this to be a very nice place to stay once the construction is completed. The property manager was very responsive to all our issues (things that you would expect with a new construction. Simple things like the garbage and recycling carts and collection instructions were missing!). The place was only 10-15 minutes from Niagara Falls. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in St Catherine which was 15 minutes away.

Big house near the Falls

House is in a developing neighborhood with construction during the week. Even with construction the house is quiet. It was big enough for my big family. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and has afew spices, salt pepper, ketchup. There are a couple board games and toys for young children. Shower, laundry and cleaning supplies abound. Extra sheets in each bedroom. A few things to consider, the AC was set to 69 and the upstair bedrooms were still warm. We took the vents off to try to get more circulation upstairs which helped. I found myself laying on the floor with the vent to cool down after a day of walking Niagara Falls. The front and back yards are clay, making them non useable. If you step in the clay be prepared to clean your shoe off for 30 minutes. Luckily it rained so i used puddles in street to clean my shoe.
