Welcome to our 10,000 sq. foot seacoast manor, just a mile from the ocean, with expansive views!!
This unique 1950's brick home boasts 8 bedrooms, 6 baths, 2 large living rooms, a large kitchen, billiards room, 2 balconies, 2 patios, and lots of parking.
The kitchen was recently renovated, with quartz countertops, new appliances, and lots of light.
All bedrooms and kitchen have A/C. The house has a historic feel but has a modernized kitchen, Smart TVs, and WIFI.

The Space
This expansive brick and stone manor is the perfect location for a large family vacation! The house has 8 bedrooms. There are 4 full baths and 2 half baths. The house has a big open kitchen for preparing large meals, complete with all new large and small appliances. Just off the kitchen is a bar complete with a mini fridge, a sink, a cocktail shaker, a juicer, a blender, and multiple coffee makers! There are 5 bedrooms on the 1st floor, and 3 on the second floor. The basement has a billiards room, a large living room with a 50" TV, and a laundry room.

Commodore Manor sits on 2.75 acres, so there are no neighbors within view from the house.

From the front windows, there is a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean, The Harbor of Refuge, and Block Island! On a clear day, you can see over 25 miles of ocean and forested landscape.
The house is one mile from South Kingstown Town Beach (Matunuck), and under 5 miles away from several other popular beaches (East Matunuck, Narragansett, Scarborough, Charlestown, Blue Shutters, Green Hill Beach!).
We are just minutes away from dozens of restaurants and shops.
Besides the beaches, popular destinations include Newport, Block Island via Ferry, Mystic Aquarium and Seaport Providence, The Theatre by the Sea, The Nordic Lodge, and Watch Hill.

Guests are welcome to use the entire house and grounds. However, there is no access to the nearby pond, and the road beyond our driveway is private property. Please respect our neighbors and stay on our property. Thank you.

We live close by and can be reached easiest through the app, or by text or call.

This house sits up on top of a small hill, which allows it to see over the trees, to the ocean. It's located on a wooded, dead-end private lane with minimal traffic. The property is very private.

Getting around by car is easiest. There is parking for 10 cars, and all of the local beaches are a very short drive (5 minutes).

There is a 4% processing fee on all cancellations. You will receive whatever percentage back that you are entitled to, less a 4% processing fee. over 30 days, you will receive 96% refund. 14-30 days, you will receive 46% refund. This is due to credit card processing fees.

**Rental agreement will be required after booking is completed
In an effort to be respectful to our neighbors, we ask that all outdoor gatherings and outdoor music be finished by 9:00 PM.

Also, please be sure not to park on the neighborhood road. There is parking for up to 10 cars comfortably in the two driveways.
