Hygge Mountain Retreat - an ideal spot to take in the stunning nature that surrounds McCall. Located in the Rio Vista neighborhood, you are minutes from Brundage Mountain, biking, running, and hiking trails, restaurants, and of course Payette Lake.

Decorated beautifully, this home is comfortable, inviting, and has everything you need for a family gathering. The large windows have adjustable blinds and provide light that is plentiful and views that are unobstructed. The home is beyond spacious with two kitchens, two living areas, two laundry rooms, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms.

On the main level there is the private master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and deck access. Another bedroom and full bath are on the main floor along with the main living area, pellet stove, dining, and kitchen. Outside the main living area is the large patio with fire pit and chairs. Downstairs you will find the second kitchen, living area with large screen TV, as well as a private bedroom with full bath. Upstairs you will find another family bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom/office with murphy bed, and the loft, where you can enjoy a family puzzle or play board games at the game table.

There is ample parking space in the driveway, a wrap-around patio with fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor seating that provides plenty of options for relaxing or enjoying outdoor activities. There's even a portable pickleball court in the driveway for fun in warmer months!

This home has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. There are cameras on every exterior side of the home that face all outdoor spaces, driveway, and road.

No A/C. No Pets. No smoking. No events. No fireworks.

This driveway is part of an easement that leads to a neighboring property.
​​​​​​​- Guests must ONLY use the easement and the driveway for Hygge Mountain Retreat.
- Guests are not allowed to use the easement past the driveway to Hygge Mountain Retreat.
- There is no garage access.
- There is room for a maximum of 4 cars and 1 trailer.
- No parking on the easement.
- No trailers in the winter.
- No street parking.
​​​​​​​Driveway has ample parking but due to snow accumulation, may not provide as much in the winter. Use 4WD in Winter as driveway is on slight hill. Small trailers okay, but may need to back out of driveway.
There is no place to turn around in the driveway and guests cannot turn around at the end of the street on the neighbor's property.

FOUR VEHICLES MAX - NO street parking allowed!

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
