Welcome to our bright and cheery studio apartment located in the heart of Manhattan Beach! Our space is perfect for solo travelers or couples who are looking for a cozy and unique place to stay during their visit to Southern California. Our studio is decorated with lots of vibrant colors and fun decor that will make you feel right at home.

The studio features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a shower and plenty of fluffy towels.

Step outside to your own private outdoor living space, complete with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The space is the perfect spot for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

Located in the heart of Manhattan Beach, our studio is just a short walk away from some of the best restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area. We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Taxes: Airbnb is currently not able to include the 12% TOT tax (increasing to 14% by the city of Manhattan Beach on July 1st 2023) required by the City of Manhattan Beach. As an alternative you will receive an Airbnb resolution request after booking requesting the TOT tax (applicable to both nightly accommodations & cleaning fee). Guests are required to complete this payment.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
