There is no onsite parking provided with this rental. Note that street parking is limited, but available in the neighborhood.

The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out, after July 01, 2023.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we're not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, however, the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Property Notes:
-There is a unit located on the 1st floor of a 2 floor building. Although we have made efforts to reduce sound transfer, there may be some sound transfer from neighbors.
-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful & courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.

We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
