Would highly recommend staying at this property. Joe was super attentive from the start when we booked and answered any question I had in a very quick manner. The property was perfect for our group. Beautiful, clean, well maintained home in a quiet area close to shops and restaurants and with spectacular scenery all around. We were a group of 10 family members, and it was very comfortable for everyone. We had everything we needed plus, and our host, Joe, was incredibly responsive and helpful. Incredible Experience! Highly Recommend!

Truly enjoyed our stay here, my family of 10 including grandparents, kids and adults loved how spacious, clean and conveniently located this property was. Located close to restaurants, groceries and the many beautiful trails / hikes of Sedona. The amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, pool table) were all awesome and Joe was great host and very responsive. Highly recommend for groups and we would definitely stay here again!

The house was fantastic! It was clean and had lovely amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and really made relaxing easy. Joe was very responsive and made himself available to feedback (we had none because the place was that great!). Would definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing vacation spot for a family, and everything is exactly as described in the listing.The property is in close proximity to shopping in the Village of Oak Creek and minutes away from the heart of Sedona. The pool is a welcomed getaway from the Arizona heat during the day, and at night the hot tub is the perfect way to unwind. Joe is an amazing host, always quick to respond to any questions regarding the property or area. It's clear that he takes care in providing the best experience possible.10/10 - i would definently recommend this house to anyone looking for a family getaway!

Spacious Clean Pool Home with Beautiful Bell Rock Views!

Home was very clean, comfortable and plenty of amenities to keep you entertained. Close to the town of Sedona and many nearby hikes. Joe was a great host who was quick to respond to any questions! Would highly recommend this vacation rental you won’t be disappointed.

Summer in Sedona

We had two families stay here at the end of our summer trip. It was perfect. Kids got their own rooms. We were even able to have each family have their own “wing” which was great. Pool was just what we needed in the afternoon after hiking. We had it heated which the owner suggested and we are happy we did. Location is close to so all the things we wanted to do

Beautiful Home & Amazing Location!

We had an amazing time here! The location could not have been better. Walking distance to grocery and some restaurants. Close to all sorts of trails for both hiking and off-roading. And located right in the middle of the Red Rocks. Not to mention all the amenities of the home, like the kitchen, bbq, pool and jacuzzi. Highly recommend and hoping to come back ourselves! Lastly, the owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions! Thank you Joe!

Sedona Vacation Dream House

This is the place to stay if you want to have a five-star experience when visiting Sedona. The property is even better in person than from the pictures. The check-in and check-out process is simple. The host is very responsive to address any questions that may arise. The place offers six large bedrooms which is great for a large party. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The pool and spa are really nice to cool off after hiking on trails. The view of the red rocks from the yard is awesome. The house is close to shops and hiking trails and only 10 minutes drive to downtown Sedona.

Beautiful house with amazing Sedona views!

We stayed in this house for our annual "girls' trip" to Sedona in July 2023. The home is well-appointed and had everything we needed for meal prep, entertainment (loved the game room), and relaxation while staying in Sedona. The pool was a welcome addition for cooling off in the afternoon following a hike or other excursions. The house is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood with amazing red rock views but is still close enough to shopping and wonderful restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent. We highly recommend this house and look forward to staying again on a future visit to Sedona!

Family Thanksgiving Gathering

It was a perfect size for our family gathering of 10 members. We had 3 couples, a baby and 3 single people and there was enough bedrooms and beds for everyone with 3 bathrooms to share. BTW there is no garage as it was converted to 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom which was nicely done just don’t expect a garage to use. With 2 living rooms to spread out, a nice side yard to use and great backyard with pool, hot tub and fire pit. The dining table sits 8 so we brought with us a folding chair for extra person and a high chair for the baby but plenty of space to all sit around the table. The kitchen had most everything we needed, lots of dishes, utensils and tall glass drinking glasses but didn’t have any wine glasses, corkscrew or some plastic drink-ware for using outside around the fire pit. There is a K-cup coffee machine with pods, a two slice toaster, lots of good pots and pans and even lots of storage containers. We didn’t see any aluminum foil, plastic wrap, baggies or napkins but had brought those with us. There is a very convenient grocery store, Clark’s near by we ran to several times. Joe was very quick and easy to communicate with from booking and even during our stay. He answered all of our questions and resolved any issues we had. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with nice views out the kitchen window and side yard for photo ops. The location is very convenient to a lot of things. I would highly recommend this house for a large gathering.
