Welcome to beautiful Koa Kai 15! This upgraded 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is fresh, bright, clean and inviting. This condo has been recently remodeled and is the perfect place to spend your Maui getaway! The large lanai offers additional space to relax and soak in the gorgeous ocean view and cool Maui breeze.

The layout offers two bedrooms on the first floor level, located on opposite ends of the unit, providing separation of space and privacy. The 3rd bedroom is located upstairs in the loft with two single beds. There is also a queen pullout sleeper sofa for additional guests. There is a hallway bathroom with a large bathtub for relaxation, and a primary bathroom located in the primary suite.

The living room and kitchen space have an open floor plan with couch, chairs, and barstool seating, with a large dining table located on the lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you might need to prepare your own home-cooked meals.

There are both Split System AC handlers and Window AC units in the condo for your comfort. However, in the cooler months, it is always an option to open up the lanai doors and let the Hawaiian trade winds in!

The condo comes with a parking stall and additional guest parking available, free high speed WIFI, and a washer and dryer in the condo. The condo is also stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler for use during your stay.

****This Condo Is Located On The 3RD Floor With NO Elevator Access***

Koa Kai is a smaller boutique complex located just up the street within walking distance from Charley Young Beach and Cove Beach Park in South Kihei. The complex features lush landscaping with tropical flowers and birds and beautiful pool. There is a barbeque located in the pool area courtyard for guest use. Just a short walk away from the complex you can find shopping and a variety of restaurants. Within 10 minutes drive you also have access to world class shopping, dining and golf in the South Maui resort area of "Wailea".

We happened to stay here during the Kona storm sadly, and ended up spending a lot more time inside the Condo than we ever anticipated. Although we lost power for 1 of the days, the condo was clean, spacious, well equipped with towels, and felt like an accurate reflection of the listing. We appreciated it's proximity to everything in Kihei and would've gotten much more value out of it had we not experienced the storm!

Awesome location. Enjoyed the space we all needed. The parking is not tight at all unlike another review. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with disability to climb 2 flights of stairs. I also wish the primary bedroom would have a lock and fan in the bathroom but everything else was an awesome stay

At first I wasn’t sure if we were in the right neighborhood until we made entry and found the place was exactly as pictured on the interior. It was clean, cool and comfortable. Beach gear was available and useful! Easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Quiet property in a great Kihei Location!

This was a great stay close to the Main Street but the condo itself was so quiet which was great for us. We could walk down to watch the sunset at the beach or to breakfast. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the property was good and they were helpful when we needed anything. Great stay!

My family was very comfortable in this newly remodeled condo. The location is convenient to local beaches and restaurants. The neighborhood and condo building were quiet. The management company provides timely communication and good service.

Our family of five with young adult children (ages 19, 22, and 24) had the best time for our visit to Maui from Michigan. This condo was in the perfect location and having three bedrooms worked perfect for our needs. The communication all along was excellent, the condo was spotless, and checking in was easy. We enjoyed our mornings on the lanai. Staying in Kihea was so close to everything that made our location perfect.The only minor inconvenience is the front bedroom doesn’t have AC and the upstairs loft area gets very warm as well. The main living area and large bedroom are very comfortable with AC units. We would gladly stay here again!

Clean, cozy great location but needs AC

I was impressed with the place, it was clean, it had everything necessary. The washer and dryer was a bonus! The only downfall is that only one room was well conditioned so the rest of the guest had to deal with the heat since it was hot and humid which made it a little uncomfortable for most people. Also, the jacuzzi was broken at the pool area but the barbecue grill was new and polished. We loved how walkable it was to the beach and the food trucks that were a short 9 min walk. I would definitely go back if the place had air conditioner in all rooms. Thank you for such wonderful staff who had easy and fast communication.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 (2 grandparents, 1 middle aged adult, 5 kids ages 7 to 16) had a fabulous stay at this property. The sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly for our group. Updated, clean, and felt spacious enough with the high ceilings. We had a some lighting issues and cooking utensils were missing but that was resolved efficiently. The views from the lanai were a bonus. The mountains to the left and the sparkling ocean to the right. The pool was small but big enough for the kids to get out that last burst of energy from the beach. The beach park was a nice 10min stroll down the street, perfect to catch the sunset after being out all day exploring. We would 100% stay here again. Fantastic vacation property!
