- Two (2) bedrooms on the 2nd floor with queen-sized beds.
- Main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom.
- Second bathroom is adjacent to the additional bedroom.

- Dining area provides seating for up to four (4).
- Full size washer and dryer.
- Complementary pool towels.
- Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. All essentials such as plates, cups, bowls, cookware, utensils, etc. are provided to facilitate preparation of home-cooked meals.

With easy access to major highways, our property is ideally located a short drive away from some of Tampa's main attractions such a Busch Garden, University of South Florida, Pepin Heart Institute, Adventure Island, the Tampa Zoo and much more! Youâll find popular beaches including Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and Fort De Soto Park as well as major sports areas like Raymond James Stadium and George Steinbrenner Field.
If you're seeking city adventure, downtown Tampa is just a short drive away. Take advantage of the delicious dining scene, walk along the Tampa Riverwalk, or discover nature at the Florida Aquarium.

It is recommended guests have a personal vehicle during their stay.

HOUSE RULES
1. This is a strict NO SMOKING community. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, on the patio, or anywhere on community grounds. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, vapes, medical/recreational marijuana and cigars.
2. NO PARTIES. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music.
3. No pets of any kind are allowed at the property. Legally registered service pets must be disclosed before arrival.
4. There is a zero tolerance policy for any illegal activity occurring at the property.
5. The townhome is surrounded by nature and wild animals such as ducks, turtles, amphibians, etc. Disrespecting or hurting these living creatures will not be tolerated and will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Please keep in mind these are wild creatures and as such we cannot control or continuously clean up after them.
**We are not responsible for complex maintenance and/or shutdowns. Refunds will not be provided for unforeseeable circumstances. Basic amenities (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper, etc.) are provided but any additional supply is at the discretion and expense of the guest.**
OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Property occupancy limits are determined by the fire code and fire safety restrictions, as well as any local statutes or ordinances. All Guests are required to comply with the maximum occupancy limits applicable to the Property reserved.
