The home is located in Temple Crest directly across from the Hillsborough River, close to Busch Blvd and 56th street which cuts through the heart of downtown Temple Terrace. The street is lined with single-family homes until you reach 56th street where you will be greeted by various shops and grocery stores and eateries. There is a mix of choices of food from authentic Mexican, Thai, Mediterranean, Indian, Gaspar's Grotto, and various chain options. You will be within 2 miles of Publix or Winn Dixie for any grocery needs. There are several options for water access nearby including Riverhills park for canoeing and kayaking. The river is not ideal for swimming due to the native Florida wildlife and cypress stumps.
