This 4 Bedroom - 3 Full Bath Salt Water Heated POOL home is great for a family get away! It boast a large kitchen and living room which is great for gathering and family meals. It is under 1 mile to Indian Rocks Beach and is fun for the whole family!

Wonderful Home

We really loved this place! It was clean, spacious and had an everything we needed for a wonderful month in Florida! It was close to the beach and had a very nice pool. Communication with the owner/manager was great! We hope to return next year!

Very nice.

The house is very nice with plenty of room. We had five adults and two infants so we had an enormous amount of extra room. The backyard with the pool the three hole Putt-Putt and the large Connect Four is very entertaining. Unfortunately for us the weather was unseasonably cold so even though the pool was heated we opted not to swim. Host was very easy to communicate with. Cons: the stools around the kitchen counter are quite uncomfortable. We chose to sit at the table but it would have been nice to be able to sit at the counter as well. If you are a traveler who likes to unpack into dresser drawers then this house is not for you. While there are no dressers there are shelves within the closet that you can put your clothes on if you so desire. I used to travel weekly for work so I personally am okay with living out of a suitcase. Overall the house is great and if I found myself back in the area, I would definitely consider renting again.

A great house…highly recommend!

Our stay was an absolute delight and exceeded our expectations! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the beds were so comfortable! The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering helpful tips about the local area and promptly addressing any questions we had. A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

Best Birthday!!!!

This trip was a birthday celebration for my daughter and myself with our family of 4 adults and 5 children. This year we had BIG birthday numbers, and decided to make our yearly family vacation BIGGER than we normally do.So Florida here we come! This house was wonderful!! Spacious and clean with a swimming pool! A big beautiful kitchen and a table that we could all sit at! Close to everything! Close to all the beaches! We visited 3 during our 5 day stay. Our host was the best! He had refreshments in the frig after our long day of travel, and he had birthday cake pops and birthday supplies for us to celebrate with. The grand kids loved it! There is a nature park about 1/2 mile from the house, we walked to it, spent a few hours and walked back. The house is in a very nice and quite neighborhood. We loved this house and none of us wanted to leave! We will be back for sure!! Rent this you will be glad you did and you will not find a better host than Bryan!!!
