Welcome to paradise. Listen to the Palm Trees swaying in the soft breeze while relaxing in the pool. Amazing ranch home with relaxing private pool in the large backyard. Come stay in one place with your family and friends. An array of beautiful beaches within a couple minutes’ drive, amazing restaurants, and shopping. Closest beaches: Just over the bridge. The house is in the middle of two beaches Indian Shore and Indian Rock, each about a 5 minute /2 miles drive. A little farther away is Madeira and Clearwater are about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. For guest use we have beach toys, some beach chairs, a tent.

Outdoor: fenced in yard with a pool, fire pit, BBQ grill, lounge chairs and dining set for ten.

Indoor: Large living room connected to the dining room, kitchen overlooking the sitting room. There are five large bedrooms and three bathrooms. King bed in master with an-suite, secondary rooms - another king bed overlooking the pool area, two full beds and a queen bed with tv.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster oven, dishware & flatware, cooking basics, spices, ice maker, toaster.

GAME ROOM: we have a shuffleboard, card table, and board games, puzzles.

Extras included - Roku TV channels, Disney Plus and Netflix, Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer, all linens supplied, including beach towels, some Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach toys.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. The ring doorbell is located at the front door facing the entrance, one over the garage, right front side of the house, and a camera facing the sliding glass door in back. ***They do not look into interior spaces*** we respect your privacy and have them for safety purposes.

Parking notes: There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Parking on the grass is not permitted or overnight on the street.

NO PARTIES! This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Max occupancy of 10 regardless of age. This is per our City Ordinance/permit. This rule is strictly enforced. Those found to be breaking this rule will have their reservation canceled immediately and will be asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refunds of any and all monies paid. Any fees and/or fines that are assessed to us by the city will be passed onto the guests.

No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM. Noise ordinance is in effect from 10pm- 9am. There are families in the neighborhood. Reports of noise disturbance will result in a canceled non-refunded. There also is a noise decimal device, it does not record conversations only the level of noise.
