Wenn Sie die Sonne und den Strand mögen, ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie !!! Es ist das perfekte Zuhause mit allem, was Sie brauchen! Es verfügt über Kingsize-Betten in beiden Schlafzimmern, HD-Fernseher überall und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich Toaster / Mixer / etc, Papierprodukte, Gewürze und vieles mehr.

Das Innere ist friedlich und perfekt, aber das Äußere ist unglaublich. Die Bilder wurden alle von uns gemacht, aber wir hören häufig von Gästen, dass sie dem Platz nicht gerecht werden. Die von oben aufgenommenen (z. B. Blick auf den Pool) wurden wirklich von unserem Lanai aufgenommen und die am Strand wurden wirklich direkt vor der Wohnung aufgenommen!

Wir haben unser eigenes Highspeed-Internet (100 MBit / s) und verschlüsseltes WLAN. Normalerweise können wir unser WLAN-Signal am Pool empfangen, sodass Sie am Pool sitzen und arbeiten oder spielen können, wenn Sie möchten.

Wir haben viele Spielsachen für Sie, einschließlich Strandkörbe und Handtücher, Boogie-Boards, Sandspielzeug, einen Kühler und sogar Schnorchelausrüstung.

Bliss on the Beach

This condo was furnished with so much—beach towels and chairs, lots of scuba supplies, etc. Its in a great location for getting around the island and it has a gorgeous view from the lanai. Saw turtles and whales right from the property. Only downside was that the AC is in the sitting area so it was hard to get to the guest bedroom. The shoreline has had weather damage so could not directly access beach but we knew that ahead of time. Still can get there though.

Amazing Time!

The Condo was amazing! The views were fantastic! We saw both whales and sea turtles. We did not go snorkeling however, other families told us that the snorkeling off the beach was great and had many different fish. My husband and I really enjoyed the BBQ area and all the other guests/residents were very friendly. You can definitely tell that Barb and Larry take a lot of pride into making your stay a wonderful experience. We walked to a mini golf course, shaved ice and a coffee stand. The condo is only 20 minutes from a variety of stores. It was a short drive to Paia and Kihei. I would most definitely book this place again! Mahalo Barb and Larry!

Marvelous Maui!

Our extended family of 4 adults and 2 children enjoyed an amazing vacation at this condo. Stunning oceanfront location, easy walk to the Maalaea Harbor, the Maui Ocean Center and to a long, quiet beach at Haycraft Park. Also within short driving distance to the airport, groceries and the rest of the island. The pool, BBQ area and premises were meticulous and the condo itself was clean and extremely well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies, beach towels and gear, and almost anything else you might need but forgot to pack! Definitely a highlight to see so many whales and some turtles right from the property and lanai (we appreciated the binoculars). Very easy check in and check out process and excellent communication with the hosts. Thank you Barb and Larry!!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO, IDEAL LOCATION

What a lovely unit, we were really happy staying here. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. It's a short walk to end of the street and a beautiful beach park. The unit is nicely equipped with beach toys. Mahalo to Barb and Larry for sharing their Hawaii Hale!

Excellent vacation spot! We had a great time at this peaceful location. Owners provided many supplies and amenities like boogie boards, floaties, sand toys and beach chairs. Lifetime memories

It is hard to put into words what a wonderful time we had in Barb and Larry's little slice of paradise. The condo is central and easy to access everything we wanted. The Road to Hana, sunrise at Haleakala, beaches in South Maui, Luau in Lahaina, and more beach days in West Maui were all easy drives. The best feature of this condo was that the beach is steps from the property. We went on many family walks on the beach, saw turtles swimming in the water by the condo, and just had fun playing in the warm ocean. Dining on the lanai while watching the waves crash upon the shore never got old. The air conditioner kept us comfortable. Barb and Larry were fabulous hosts. They provided detailed information before arrival, and also responded to emails with tips for things to do. We had a minor issue with a toilet, and they responded right after we texted, getting a plumber to the condo within an hour of communication. They followed up afterwards to make sure everything was ok. Barb and Larry also allowed us a late check out since they didn't have anyone coming that day-it was so helpful with our red eye flight. Not really negatives, but rather things to know: the pool is wonderful, but there are signs up throughout the condo and on the pool that there are no toys, floaties, fins allowed. And, there is only one area that provides shade. This may be important to consider for families with babies/small kids. We highly recommend this condo and can't wait to return!

Great place to stay.

Everything you would want in a Condo. Great location, compy beds plenty of admenties. Smell and hear the ocean at all times. Condo, grounds and pool were well maintained. Beautiful getaway

Excellent accommodations, centrally located. Everything is supplied in condo, including towels, beach chairs, snorkles, detergent for washing machines, etc. Communication with owners was very good. Best thing about the condo…watching whales from our deck. Highly recommend this place.

A few delightful days in Maui

John, Zoyia (my neighbours) and myself (Al) spent from Oct 30 to Nov 4 in this delightful condo on our way back home from spending 10 days on the big island of Hawaii. The condo was on the 3rd level providing a great view of the ocean and the south end of the island. Less than 20 minutes from the airport it was quite easy to find. Also, being on a dead end street it was wonderfully quiet. The unit seemed quite well equipped but except for breakfast we never cooked any meals inside or used the community BBQ which like the grounds was meticulously maintained. The pool area seemed very nice, but there was no shade except under a few palm trees nearby. The beach itself was very close but due to a big storm last summer somewhat difficult to access especially at high tide. However a short 5 minute walk to the the end of the street was Haycroft Park where there was lots of shade and lots of beach to enjoy. The only downside would be that although the unit does have A/C it is a window unit which was very efficient but could not manage cooling down the entire unit. Consequently the 2nd bedroom was quite warm. This was somewhat mitigated by opening the second bedroom windows and the door to the patio giving a nice crossflow of wind in the evening. In summary a very nice, comfortable, quiet condo with a great view and exceptionally wonderful hosts. Al, John and Zoyia

Cute property!

This property is cute and the king size beds are awesome and comfortable. They really try to think of everything for their guests and have a lot of things available to use, such as oil for cooking, pool toys, laundry pods, etc. The cleaning person missed a decent amount of hair on the floor in the back bathroom but other than that this place was very clean. The air conditioning isn’t as strong as we are used to and with me being very pregnant that was hard but we made it work with the multiple fans they have available to use. Sleeping at night was fine with the fans and breeze from the ocean but the sun comes in harshly during the day in the back bedroom and you’ll want to move the large portable fan to the bathroom if you spend time getting ready in there. No big complaints though! The owners are super kind and helpful and care about their guests and I feel good that we supported them verses a large hotel!

Great location, I could take a walk on the beach each morning. Centrally located so easy to get anywhere. Very clean, attractively furnished and there was a washer/dryer! Really loved this rental.

Zu Gast bei Barb and Larry

We've been happily married since 1984 (over 30 years) and have two wonderful daughters and a super grandson and granddaughter. We both recently retired and wanted a place in the sun. Larry was an engineering manager and Barb was a rental property manager. Together we love vacations, love the sun/beach, and understand how to manage properties. This seemed like a perfect fit to buy a place on Maui and rent it out to old & new friends.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We visited Maui when our kids were younger and loved the area. After visiting a newly transplanted friend there in the fall of 2012 we decided to see if we could find a place of our own. Luck was on our side and we were able to find this beautiful condo in 2013. We spent five very long weeks remodeling the unit to update it and then because the unit was empty when we purchased it we got to completely furnish it from the beds & couches down to the plates and silverware. Everything was bought new.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

We actually bought this condo sight-unseen because we knew the area. Location, location, location, right? The condo sits right on the most beautiful and longest beach on Maui. What makes our condo unique is that it's literally at the beginning of a 4.5 mile sandy beach and most of the beach is on a nature preserve so there are only two other condos on the beach. This provides unbelievable seclusion yet is close to everything on Maui!

There are three main areas on Maui and we're in the middle of all three. To the NW is Lahaina/Kaanapali, to the SE is Kihei/Wailea, and to the N is Kahului. Lahaina/Kaanapali is terrible to stay at because it's too hard to drive to/from so your stuck there. Almost all of the condos in Kihei/Wailea is across a very busy road from the beach so it's no good to stay there. Kahului is the industrial part of Maui so that's not a good place to stay. Maalaea is the best of all worlds. Peaceful with only 10 condo complexes in the area. Right on a sandy beach so no busy highway to cross. Easy to access and easy to venture to everywhere else on the island. It really is the best of all.
