**Building Amenities**

Please note that pool operating days and hours are determined by the HOA and may vary based on weather conditions, staffing availability, maintenance, or other factors beyond the Host’s control. Guests are encouraged to contact the building's manager directly to confirm current pool operations and hours prior to or during their stay. No refunds or discounts will be provided if the pool is temporarily closed or unavailable for reasons unrelated to the Host.)

**Laundry**
Laundry room in in the basement of the building. Please prepare quarters for laundry. The building's manager office (Unit 202) sells quarters. The manager office close on weekend and close at 3 pm Monday - Friday.
The building's basement has a few luggage carts for guests' uses.

**Other things to note**
Please note:
1. The unit itself has stairs (11 steps) in the entry way area which may not be convenient to certain guests. We provide baby safety gate for stairs.
2. The parking garage can be a bit tight for large SUVs/pick up trucks. If you have difficulty parking in the building’s parking garage, we can provide a parking pass that you can use for street parking.
3. As the unit sits on the boardwalk and very close to the ocean, please ensure to close the patio door when it is raining/snowing/windy outside during your stay. Please lock the patio door before check out. Guests will be responsible for the all the damage caused by leaving the patio door open inappropriately.
4. Street parking is generally available nearby. The Host will provide a guest parking pass for eligible residential street parking during your stay. Please note that the parking pass does not apply to metered parking spaces, including the metered spaces located directly in front of the building. Guests are solely responsible for any parking fees, tickets, or penalties incurred while using metered parking spaces.
