Downtown Bonita Springs is within five miles of home - it's a gorgeous beach town full of history and fantastic attractions, including The Wonder Gardens, Bonita Fairways Golf Course, Bonita Springs Poker Room, Hidden Cypress Preserve, Bonita Nature Place, Visual Arts Center, Hertz Arena, and Bonita Beach, which offers the most unforgettable and splendid sunsets ever.

This breezy home away from home enjoys a fantastic enclosed lanai and back patio where you all can gather and create everlasting memories together. The star is definitely the heated outdoor pool featuring a beautiful spill-over waterfall. Spend your evenings cooling down in the sparkling water or enjoying a refreshing beverage at one of the many poolside tables. The covered patio features a full-size fridge, an outdoor dining area, a huge smart TV, and a gas grill. This is the ideal spot for summertime cookouts and to treat your family and friends to delicious grilled burgers and hot dogs. When the sun sets, gather around the gas firepit for some storytelling or hang out in the comfy hammock with a favorite book.

As you enter this stunning home, you will be wowed by the beautifully designed and decorated open floor plan with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. An extensive sofa invites you to spread out comfortably in the living room - get comfy and stream your favorite movies and series on the large smart TV with streaming services. If you are in a competitive mood, challenge your friends to any of the provided board games, which can be found in the hallway closet. This home enjoys a private den/studio with a comfy sofa, a chessboard, and an elegant gas fireplace. This is definitely the perfect spot to host your board game nights. Prepare delicious culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers, and a beautiful dry bar area. Attached to the kitchen is a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and a sink.

The primary suite is spacious and offers direct access to the back patio, a smart TV, and a gorgeous en suite bath with a walk-in shower with a built-in bench, double sinks, and a beautiful soaking tub in the corner. THINGS TO KNOW
There is an application required to obtain a car barcode. This application is $20 and is needed to drive through the gate at the community in front of the community that this home resides in.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
