We would like to inform our guests that an active commercial construction project is underway next to this home. The construction will be active Monday through Friday and possibly on Saturdays. The starting time during the week is possibly as early as 7:00am. Typical hours are 8am-5pm.
Depending on the stage of construction, some noise may be heard inside the home during work hours, but at other times it should be quiet.
-We were given notice that there will not be any more "nighttime activity".
-The townhomes NEXT to us will be completed in the summer of 2026.
-The project behind us is supposed to be completed by December 2026.
-There is another project starting on St. Philip Street, but it should not cause any noise at this home.
We want to be very transparent with our guests. We are still successfully hosting guests during the construction period.
We will continue to go above and beyond to make your vacation an enjoyable experience.

This home is newly constructed and has high-end appliances and furnishings. Daniel and Amy are certified super hosts! We have been hosting guests in our properties for over 8 years! We take pride in our properties, and it shows!
Trained dogs are considered for a $100 pet fee.
Guests have access to the entire house. Three bedrooms/3 bathrooms. There is a private driveway large enough for two vehicles. If you need additional parking, we may be able to accommodate.
Other things to note:
* We cannot accommodate any large parties.
No smoking. Only fully trained dogs are considered for a $100 pet fee. (Sorry, no cats)
