The Space:
First floor: Open concept living with high ceilings, plus a porch with a pair of rocking chairs. A large kitchen, dining table for 6, and living room create the perfect place for gathering.

Second floor: 1 King bedroom and 1 Queen bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom plus a porch with a wicker furniture set.

Third floor: Master suite with King bed and private bathroom complete with double vanity sink, shower, and separate bath tub. Opens to the private rooftop deck with rocking chairs and wicker seating for 6.

Guest Access:
Guests park on premises and have access to the home with keyless entry. Your unique key code will be sent to you before check-in and will work for the duration of your stay.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable areas in Charleston. It is just three blocks from Upper King Street, where some of the world's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions.

Getting Around:
Easily walk to the restaurants, nightlife, and shopping of Upper King St and the surrounding neighborhoods.

DASH is a free shuttle service that allows riders to explore the peninsula. Two of the routes have stops just around the corner. Visit the DASH website for a route map and more information.

Uber or Lyft around town or to the airport

Other Things to Note:
Parking is provided for 1 vehicle onsite in our private driveway.

Pets - Allowed with a $200 fee per stay to cover the extra costs of cleaning. Pets must be housebroken, are not allowed on any furniture (including beds), and must be not be left alone in the house (unless in a crate). Please let us know how many pets you will have when booking.

This is not an event space. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. No unregistered guests allowed.

There is an excessive noise monitor on the property - please respect the neighbors and the 11pm city mandated noise curfew.

For security purposes only, there is a camera that monitors the front porch entry.

Date Alterations - We will do our best to honor date change requests for your reservation (with at least 60 days notice before check-in) which do not significantly decrease the cost of your reservation, subject to availability. We do not alter reservation dates within 60 days of check-in, with the exception of adding available nights onto your current reservation. Any other date change requests within 60 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Travel Insurance - We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen travel disruptions.
